One Step Ahead is a professional clinic. The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful, and take care to ensure the health and safety of their patients. I hurt my knee while jogging on my treadmill. I was referred to Kassra who identified the cause of the pain and assured me that, with treatment and his prescribed exercises, I would be able to get back on to the treadmill. At each session Kassra checked on my healing progress, worked on my knee, and continued to encourage me to continue to do my exercises. Thanks to Kassra and his colleague Loana, I am now back on my treadmill and making good progress.
