Worse clinic, made me wait for 2 hours, making me fill numerous forms without explaining anything, which took 45 minutes. The staff charged my insurance without informing me and when I asked the staff for the assessment which they charged $215, the assessment was not given for our family doctor. The staff at the reception and on the phone is very rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and don't go here.

I recently completed therapy for an ACL repair and I am very pleased with how I've recovered with the professional care I received from Rakki and Abbi. These two therapists created a recovery program that was tailored to my needs and made adjustments that reflected my progress. I felt comfortable and confident with completing the exercises throughout my recovery because I knew I was supported. This includes being comfortable to ask questions knowing that I would receive detailed answers from Rakki and Abbi. I have full range of motion and my muscle strength has been steadily increasing, this has led to having full functional abilities. I recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy for an individual recovering from an ACL repair.

The team over at Lifemark Dufferin & Castlefield are truly lifesavers. From the moment I stepped foot into the clinic, I felt completely at ease in the hands of Barb, Magan, Aubrey, and Liza. While those four truly helped me from a physical standpoint, I can't forget to mention the two administrators, Kimesha and Malecia, for everytime I arrived to one of my appointments, they never failed to have a pleasant convesation with me or make me laugh. I didn't think I would make any progress with the state of my injuries, but over the past few months, I have improved tenfold. If you have any sort of problem you think can be aided with the help of Lifemark, I HIGHLY recommend going to them for help. You definitely won't regret it.

This clinic is great. Almost 3 years ago I was rear-ended and wanted adjustments as well as massage therapy to help my whiplash. After seeking out a clinic that offered both I picked LifeMark and never looked back. Working in health care myself, I appreciate the time Dr. Barb Maki took with me each visit. Never pushing past what my body can handle, but on the same hand gradually giving me more difficult rehab exercises to do at home. It’s important to do your homework if you want to get better ???? They are always prompt and on time with appointments, which I loved, and have a variety of massage therapists all with different styles so you can find one that is a right fit for you. I worked closely with Elena and found her hollistic approach extremely effective. I still go to the clinic when needed, because let’s face it, life throws curve balls at us sometimes, and it’s nice to have a reliable clinic with good therapists in your back pocket.

My parents were directed to this clinic following a motor vehicle accident. It was our first experience having to navigate something like this, including a lot of required paperwork. This clinic was absolutely amazing at supporting us throughout the whole process. The environment is welcoming, friendly and clean. Christina constantly welcomed us with a smile and upbeat personality. Barbara was super knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. Rakki was always patient and willing to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this clinic! They have an online booking system and reminder text messages as additional options. I fully recommend this place if you have an injury that you would like treated, healed, and shown how to maintain and prevent the same thing from happening again. They provide physio, massage, and acupuncture. There is also a moderate gym to build and strengthen muscle.

The staff at this location is very friendly, hard-working, professional, knowledgeable and are dedicated to helping the injured. They really care about their patient. I was treated here about four years ago and I had a full recovery from my injury. I am now a returning customer for treatment for a new injury. An individual plan for my recovery including home exercises is provided. Free parking is a bonus.
