Everything was great and I thought they did a great job with their covid protocols. My neck and back were killing me and so stiff that I couldn't take it any longer. Tatyana was fantastic and undid all the knots in my neck and back. It's probably why I was able to sleep 9 hours last night! Thank you, hope to be back soon!

Ginalyn is an incredible person who knows her stuff and has a lot of empathy to make sure you are always comfortable. My favourite clinic in GTA! Both locations are amazing (Downtown and North York). I pretty much go to HealthOne for every health problem I have starting with medical/walk-in and ending with Naturopath. At HealthOne Rehab I had appointments with chiropractor Dr. Timothy McGuire, RMT Tatyana Tomachynska and a physiotherapist Di Croce - all of the professionals who work there are sweet, knowledgeable, super helpful and make you feel like home. Really happy that there's a place like this in GTA! Thank you!

After not having had a massage for over four years Tatyana was such a joy to work with. She was very warm, friendly, and knowledgable about her work. I had an incredibly painful knot that needed to be worked out from my shoulder and it's now been a few days and I can say that it's not as painful as it was before. I am doing rehab at HealthOne Rehab Centre for physiotherapy with Natalie and Massage therapy with Natalie as well. They are two different person but have the same name. Both are very friendly and making sure that I get the right amount of therapy sessions needed. They are very accommodating and I have the best experiences from both. They are also knowledgeable and I feel at ease with them working on my pain point. Definitely recommended going to their rehab center if you every need physio or massage therapy.

Best Clinic! very clean and especially very welcoming. I am so happy I found a physiotherapist, massage therapist and chiropractor that can help me with my body pain. I usually book in 3 services so I can get the best treatment on the same day. Also, so convenient that they can bill my insurance blue cross directly. If you are looking for a physiotherapist I highly recommend Ginalyn she is very hands on and takes her time to know what you need and she builds a treatment plan for YOU with exercises to do at home. The massage therapist Tatyana works wonder with deep tissue and alongside with Dr. Mcguire he is very professional and he has been seeing for 5 years!!! I have already recommended all my friends and family here and its so nice to see them whenever I come in.

Tatyana is very good massage therapist. I am seeing her from past 3 years for massage. Now I am going to her for postpartum massage. She tries to understand patient problem and focus on those areas to improve the pain in those areas. She is very kind and has great sense of humour. I highly recommend her for massage therapy.

Natalie (Physiotherapist): I have known Natalie for many years as a wonderful person and eventually when my insurance kicked in, I tried physio for the first time with her. I have been rescheduling more appointments with Natalie because my body has been responding very well to treatment. I also do some of the stretches Natalie recommended and my body has felt more relaxed since then. I highly recommend Natalie as she is so much more than a physiotherapist. Above all she is a kind person who has genuine interest in her patients and co-workers. Natalie never fails to put a smile on my face and for that, I am grateful. Carla the admin is very helpful with rescheduling me in for my appointment and processing payments. Carla is always welcoming at the front desk and ever ready to help me out. Thank you Carla!!! Natalie (Massage): I had a relaxing massage with Natalie, it was a thoroughly wonderful experience overall. Natalie ensured that I was comfortable through out the process. She focused on my pressure points and I had an amazing experience. Thanks Natalie! Pierresen did an amazing job with my medical products. He measured my orthotics followed up with me about my compression socks, scheduled me in with the doctor and also ensured that I submitted my claims online to my insurance for reimbursement purposes. This was a faster way to get reimbursed than mailing it although they still mailed the claim (it worked real fast!!!) He was very helpful and explained the whole process while also answering my questions. Thank you Pierresen.

I've used HealthOne North York for over 6.5 years and have been a happy costumer since. I have started using its Rehab Centre at North York for about 5 months since Feb 2021 for massage therapy and I have had the same great experience. My massage therapist is Natalie. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and my massage therapist does a great job. The set up is nice too, as there are clean nice rooms with comfortable lighting and temperature for relaxation. When I first arrived I had a lot of muscle pain and stiffness particularly in my back and shoulders. During massage therapy sessions I realized this was a more global problem including my legs. Despite exercising twice a week, I mostly sit for work all day which makes my condition worse. The therapy sessions have been effective in reducing pain and stiffness to the point that after 3 months they were gone. My condition improved greatly in the first 4 sessions during 6 weeks. I have continued with once a month sessions afterwards. On advice from my massage therapist I coupled these sessions with use of a foam roller in between our sessions. I also added 20 minutes relaxation/meditation and stretches 3 days a week. Massage may feel uncomfortable or causes soreness at first if the body has accumulated pain and stiffness over a long time, like mine had. I recommend communicating with your therapist and persisting until they are resolved and then continue with maintenance as needed. I'm happy I did. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend HealthOne Rehab and Natalie for massage therapy.
