Active Physiotherapy Solutions is amazing. Having found them myself through their ratings and reviews I had to add in my two cents. Everyone here is personable and friendly, not to mention they do their work with the utmost quality, care and professionalism. They are always running on time which is also a huge plus, you literally go for your appointment and then you’re back off to work right after. I’ve personally worked with Karen up front, Kian for my physio therapy, and Brittany for my treatments. They are all amazing, and watching everyone else around the clinic, it seems like everyone is passionate at their work. I’m moving away from Woodstock and closer to London in the coming weeks but I will continue coming to this clinic since the team at active physiotherapy is so wonderful.

I just finished my third session of acupuncture, it has been such a great relief of my knee and foot pain. What I really like about Active Physio is they also give u exercises to do at home as a preventative measure. Never had a problem getting in. Great place would recommend.

I first went to Active Physiotherapy about a thousand years ago for an accident related injury. I was young, had never needed any care before, and had no clue what physio even entailed. But with great service I recovered quickly and moved on thinking unless I am injured again I am good to go. Fast forward about ten years after that and I needed care for something unrelated to an accident. I was once again in the hands of Active Physio on Devonshire with the same great care, up to date services and knowledgeable staff. I was told how long the process of recovery usually is with my injury by using the services provided and exercise at home (sorry Rob... I told you up front I am spotty when it comes to the exercise component), and it was almost to the day that I felt back to my old self. Incredible. And then....they say, third time is the charm, I am currently in the hands of Active Physiotherapy for what I like to describe an advanced age injury :) The front line staff, various physiotherapists and techs, continue to provide top notch services and care even in a pandemic. So if you need care for accidents, work related injury or degenerative wear and tear, this is your place to go. I've been receiving physio for a rotator cuff problem for 2 weeks now. It is going well and has been slowly and steadily improving. The staff is very knowledgeable and capable as well as friendly and sympathetic to my injury. I am very happy with the treatment they have given me. My only criticism would be that it would be nice if they dealt directly with my insurance carrier but that is a very small issue. Most places don't any more!

Active Solutions physiotherapy is a welcoming place to go. The staff is kind and helpful. They are making my aches and pains go away with helpful stretches and strengthening excercises. The care that is taken when they hook you up to the ultrasound and e-stim machines is great.

I just moved to Woodstock in September and I started visiting Active Physio Solutions in December. Everyone that works there is so nice and welcoming. I had never tried physio before so I didn't really know what to expect. Kaitlyn was particularly helpful. She took her time with me, didn't rush through explanations or descriptions of exercises and was very knowledgeable. Before coming in I had prolonged neck and shoulder stiffness and lack of mobility. I am completely recovered and I also have lots of tips and stretches for the future. Thanks so much!
