Highly recommend seeing Vince! Super knowledgeable and I have been using all his advice to help me out with pain in my knee that's been bugging me for a month. Have definitely been noticing the changes since I saw him last week. Online booking made it super easy to book my appointment too!

I attended the clinic on McPhillips November and December 2016 for a torn rotator cuff injury. Very painful. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Behind that curtain I seemed to spend 75% of the time waiting and 25% of the time receiving any sort of treatment. And the treatment was maybe 5 to 7 minutes at best. At $90 dollars per hour for a session, I would expected to have undivided ongoing attention and treatment during that full hour session. Instead I was seen for a few brief minutes by the therapist in between several other patients as the therapist went back and forth. The were seeing way too many other patients in between me. It was not isolated, it was each time I went. I sat for 20 minutes with simply a warm wet towel on my shoulder (applied by an assistant) which became cold and uncomfortable before the therapist returned. I found that I was leaving in more pain than when I came in. I feel they are booking more for profit than to provide good quality patient care. I will not return and would not recommend them to anyone else. I'm only giving them one star because the site won't allow me to give negative stars.

Sophy has magical hands. She finds all the secret spots in my back that I didn't know existed and puts them back into place. I recommend her to anyone in pain. The staff is very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great place! I was assigned to Vanessa Voth and thanks to her I'm beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel. I totally recommend them. Edited to add,my injury is 100% improved because of Vanessa and her at home exercise program.

Do not trust these people. They are liars and so is WCB . Just watched the video of the poor man whose time in physio got cut short thanks to you guys saying he wasn't completing his physio on purpose. You guys are sick. That video of him has 630,000 views. I hope you guys go out of business.

When I injure myself at home or at work, I have been coming to this D'Arcy Bain location for years. I've been through three different Physiotherapist's through the years. I now have the privilege of having Vince taking care of me. Knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. Always willing to suggest new exercises and equipment like a Tens machine. (Sooooo good!) Vince will always push you, in the good way. At least from this guy, it's appreciated.

I have a chronic pain on my back that goes through my chest, frozen shoulder( swollen shoulder), neck pain, and knee injury ( i’m limping) but TERRY do the amazing /Excellent job to help me return to normal function. He applied a various techniques (stretching,tagging,exercises, loosening of trigger points) to support my recovery. Every session has a progress. He is my “All in One” ( My great Physiotherapist, my massage therapist, and my chiropractor). I am very much thankful to TERRY for his patience, making me out of pain and fully recovered. My salute to you sir???? The staff are very professional, courteous and and helpful. On time appointment too. Fully equipped gym and clean environment.????

Nice physiotherapy office handling a variety of issues. Has a treatment area, workout room, and jet tub. I work with Ed Zwingerman and he's great to work with and is especially knowledgeable in running related activities and injuries. Has online booking too.

Front desk is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling around my Full time job, assistants are very bright and happy and the physios do an amazing job to get me back to where I was pre injury. Almost like I was never injured!! Highly recommend Vince F. He is very well educated, kind, easy to work with and makes treatment fun!

Of all the Physiotherapy clinics that I've been to in Winnipeg City, the D'Arcy Bain Physiotherapy Clinic in McPhillips area is the best in Winnipeg City. Staff clerks are very professional. The said clinic is clean and signs and protocols for Covi19 safety are very vissible in the walls. My favourite Professional therapist is Vince Francisco, a very young, very professional, quality service, down to earth person, FRIENDLY brotherly guy, patient and good looking :). Even in times of clinics were locked down due to Covid, Vince is so generous sharing his time through our virtual / video call therapy session, patiently telling me to do my proper stretching for my recovery. He is very professional, I love his techniques and programs set for my stretching, his advises and his good communication skill, friendliness, and quality service is what every patient is looking for. He is the one who did my fast recovery from my car accident.I highly recommend D'Arcy Bain clinic for your injury therapy sessions and look for Vince Francisco, a man with a big heart.

I have been going to this physiotherapy clinic for years and I will not go anywhere else. I recommend seeing Erin Majcher although all the physiotherapists are excellent. The staff are very friendly and try their very best to accommodate the patient’s needs. The physiotherapist are very knowledgeable and educate the patients so that they can better understand their conditions and concerns. They develop a plan of care that incorporates various strategies to meet the needs of their patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that experiences any pain, injury, mobility issues, limited range of motion, etc.

I highly recommend Physiotherapist Vince Francisco of D'Arcy Bain Physiotherapy McPhillips branch. Vince helped me a lot to recover fast in my injury. He is very professional, patient, listen to concerns, very knowledgeable of his job and overall excellent. I did several sessions of therapeutic massage, exercises , laser therapy, paraffin wax, pool massage etc. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Clinic is very clean and precautions for covid 19 is in place.
