Daniel Campbell is such an amazing RMT. He's very personable, relaxing and easy to talk to. He's able to find problem muscles that I didn't even know I was having issues with and work them out quickly. I highly recommend seeing him!

I went in trying to fix a mild curve in my spine, at first it was helping but then bam got a bugling disc then they proceeded to not help that much and the exercise made it much worst thanks for nothing

I go for massages there and the RMT there (Joanne Rothery) is the best massage therapist I've ever had. She completely loosens me up. She truly rocks the block! Don't waste your time with other RMTs, go see Joanne. She'll fix you up! You won't regret it.

Had an issue with back muscle spasms that would hurt from my neck down through my arm. Jessica at Pinnacle Physiotherapy assessed treated and ultimately made this extreme pain go away. Her professionalism, knowledge, technique and overall friendliness were outstanding. Highly recommend Pinnacle Physio and Jessica at the Walker Rd. Location.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place treats you like a number and a paycheque from your insurance company. I went there for genralized pain due to accident and the therapist yelled across the room "you the one with the neck pain?" And brought me a heating pad. Obviously this guy didn't even read my intake forms and has no respect for privacy. They ignored my health issues and pushed me to do exercises there that caused my pain to flare up for a long time after every visit. When I tried to explain this, they wrote to my insurance that I was not following the plan. Disgusting. Meanwhile I was left in worse condition and had to deal with it on my own. I overheard other clients talking there complaining pf similar issues. There are much better clinics in the area that actually care about their clients. Skip this place!

Had total knee replacement. I'm so glad I chose Pinnacle for my Physiotherapy. So orginally I was very nervous about getting this surgery done, but they assured from day one when I went there I will heal as long as I take their advice and do the physio there and at home. The atmosphere was excellent ????. Had alot of good conversations plus lots of laughs. Thank you for all your help again I glad I went to Pinnacle on Walker road
