This place is terrible, ruptured my Achilles went here talked to an apathetic physio who then passed me off to a clueless assistant. They didn't even know the difference between supination/pronation or how to properly use the equipment.

I am surprised about the reviews given. My experience has been stellar so far. They are very educated and explained things very well. There was never a rush to complete my exercises. The 2 to 3 people I deal with on a continued basis have been awesome and I am very thankful to them for their assistance so far.

Its sad that a company like this who deals with plenty of insurance companies and OHIP is not aware what type of coverage a person is covered for when the patient presents there insurance card. It's even sadder that when a family member calls to inquire that both the person that answers the phone and the Manager tell the patient's family member that things were explained to the patient when in fact they weren't explained property at all, and that they don't care. A company such as ARC should be well versed in what the coverage is for a patient and what the patient is eligible for. The company should also be charging the same fee for services regardless of if it's paid in cash, by Insurance Coverage or OHIP. The fee should NOT be different. Very poor customer service here and very sad during these difficult times.
