All the staff have been great. The people at the reception who help with my insurance coverage are very helpful and pleasant. For my physio I had Kari and Rachel who are fantastic. They are professional and personable. We talk and joke a little during the session and that really makes me feel comfortable. Everything is explained and any questions or concerns I have are answered. No concern is ever downplayed they really do care. The results that I have from the treatments makes things easier for me to get back to normal. I would highly recommend going there.
