Christelle is an amazing physiotherapist! After I got into a car accident I booked an appointment at the closest clinic to my house in Surrey. After a few treatments there I felt like a number to them, not someone they wanted to help improve. I made an appointment with Christelle and wow! What a difference! Not only did she spend the entire session working hands on, but she also listened to my issues, addressed my pain, and made me feel like my improvement was a team effort. Christelle uses all the latest modalities and is able to customise treatments specific to the individual. I would highly recommend Christelle to anyone!

Brought my son here for a back injury as couldn't get into our main place. Guy did virtually no investigation and told him to do 1 stretch. Finally went back to usual location and found out it was his SI joint. After 2 sessions, some manipulation and at home exercises he was back to normal. If had stuck with Smart Motion he'd still be on the sidelines and stuck in bed. Avoid at all cost unless you just like to pay money for literally nothing.

Christelle is soo helpful. She has fixed me up more than a few times. From forearms, elbows and foot surgery. I highly recommend the needling for tendinitis, works amazing. I can lift my coffee cup with no pain thanks to needling.

This is a very clean, spacious and well organized center. Staff at the center are friendly and professional. Website is functional and easy to navigate. Text and email reminders of appointments are great. Staff have very calm and precise technique. I keep going back again and again! :-)

I'm getting older and realize how important it is to stay on top of tight muscles, knots, etc. In the past 6 years I've gone to 8 or 9 RMT's and I'm really glad I found Reshad. He not only seems to be able to do the mechanical aspect of the massage but really understand what's going on inside. He gives me proper sport massage on the areas that need attention and it always feels better after. He always discusses stretches/exercises to do afterwards that are relevant to whatever we were working on which I also found helpful. He also travels a lot and is passionate about lots of stuff and it makes for good conversation. I will only use Reshad as long as he is within a reasonable distance of me!

Great clinic! I have been seeing Christelle for IMS for almost 2 years. She is very skilled in her profession and helps alleviate the pain from my chronic neck, back and arm injuries. Their office is very clean and staff are helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this clinic for your treatments.

Hands down easily the best physio I've been to by far. The staff are exceptionally friendly & make you feel comfortable. You don't feel like a number. They use manual physio. You are NOT hooked up to a machine and left while they work on another patient, unlike some physiotherapists. If I could give this place 100 stars I would!

I went to this clinic for my back injury because it was close by - However, the physiotherapist barely did anything except a light massage during each session. This clinic had me pay for each treatment even though my treatments were covered through ICBC. Their receptionist Mike told me for months that he was waiting to hear back from my adjustor and every time I called to ask for an update, they told me they will call me back. After not hearing back from them in over 6 months, I finally reached out to my adjustor, and he let me know that THIS CLINIC HAS NOT REQUESTED APPROVAL FOR ANY TREATMENTS SINCE 2019. I called another clinic and they contacted my adjustor and within ONE HOUR received approval and began my treatment plan the next day. Smart Motion's customer service is not bad, but they don't even offer proper rehabilitation, treatment or recovery and don't do what they say they're going to do. They lie and don't follow up or bill ICBC correctly (which every clinic knows how to do) which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Due to all of this, I'm leaving with a worse injury than I came in with, and my money and time spent here went to complete waste.

I highly recommend Smart Motion Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic. They are extremely professional and courteous. Customer service is their priority! I have been a patient of Smart Motion Physiotherapy for 3 years and highly recommend Christelle for physiotherapy. I came here after another physio in Surrey failed to help me recover from my severe neck and shoulder pain. A friend of mine recommended Christelle. The physiotherapy (IMS) treatment I got from Christelle was very effective. She was extremely professional and friendly. They use manual physio and don’t hook you up to a machine and leave to work on other patients, unlike most other places. They take time to make sure you are getting a full treatment not just doing a quick adjustment to get you out the door and onto the next patient. The practitioners and front staff are amazing! I have never felt so welcomed into a place filled with lots of good energy. In the past, Christelle helped me with my neck/shoulder pain and currently I am seeing her for lower back/leg pain. This is my second problem that she has helped me with and just like last time, I feel much better and the progress has been great! I'm really glad I found this clinic - this is one of the best physiotherapy clinics that I have ever visited so far. I'm very impressed with their professionalism, and highly suggest this clinic as they have helped me out so much. MM
