Dr. Minhas is amazing! I injured my meniscus and could barely walk and after one treatment, I was able to walk again and straighten my leg. She not only focused on the problem area, but areas that support the knee which can often be overlooked. She also gave me exercises that helped so much and explained my injury to me as she provided treatment. I highly recommend seeing her - extremely knowledgeable, personable and goes above and beyond!

After the recommendation of a friend, I started seeing Amrit last summer. I had previously sought treatment from 4 other PT's, a RMT, a neurologist , a neurosurgeon and a pain clinc. She has been a savior to me! For the first time in almost 3 years, my nerve pain/symptoms have been greatly reduced and at times, have completely disappeared. Her combination of myofascial release and dry needling techniques have improved the quality of my life, allowed me to get back to regular exercise and have improved my sleep. In addition, Amrit listens to me and modifies her treatment based on my feedback and her assessment at each appointment. She is a skilled professional and South Surrey is very fortunate to have her working in the community!

I have been to countless physiotherapists who were unable to help my hip/back issues. When I started seeing Amrit two years ago, I knew right away her approach to injuries was much more impactful. She takes the time to find the root causes of an injury and works to create a treatment plan that shows effective results. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to at home exercises and workouts to help you adapt to your injury. With my hip pain, Amrit has taught me to modify the exercises I do at the gym to insure I’m getting the benefit of an exercise without further aggravating any injuries.
