You walk in with a sore back and leg and leave feeling so much better after just one treatment. Also love the exercises provided to keep yourself getting better!

I highly recommend zone 4 physiotherapy, and Ali as a physio. I injured my right hamstring 3 years ago, and the pain has been bothering me on and off at running and hiking. After 3 sessions of Shockwave Therapy and doing the prescribed exercises I feel a huge difference.
