Travis Booth

Great physiotherapists for any sports related injury or other injury. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

Jeff is very personable and knowledgeable. He is so confident and quick with his diagnosis that it takes a bit time to sink in. Very good at handling several clients at the same time which is essential in providing good service while keeping the cost reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Bristol Kennedy

I have been lucky enough to book same day appointments when I REALLY needed them for two different problems. In just one session, Eric helped to identify and effectively alleviate my pain (using techniques including IMS). Receptionists are lovely and helpful in getting me in last minute.

Michael Montgomery

Jeff is great and has always been a couple of levels above the few other physios I've seen. The do get busy, but this is what happens when you're good!

Deep Sangha

Cam is the best shoulder physio in BC!

Melika T. Kashani

Highly recommended. Friendly staff, knowledgeable physiotherapists. On time, clean, caring and organized.

Doti Niedermayer

Very disappointed with level of service from Cameron Bennett. Good physio but juggling 3-4 clients at once left me staring at wall and very little attention. At $95 (or any price) this is completely unacceptable. Won't return.

Jeff Thomas

Very knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapists. Have tried them all over the years. Great value at $70 for the amount of one on one time and skill practiced.

Brooke Taylor

Would totally recommend these guys. Jeff's hands on manipulation and mobilization and Tia's IMS got me back to my sports way sooner than I expected .

Review is for Cameron Bennett. Pros: he appears knowledgeable and personable. Cons: he chooses to always treat three or more patients at a time. He is thus always distracted, constantly running to something else and unable to provide a clear diagnosis or treatment protocol. It doesn't help that he hardly writes any case notes and did not seem to remember what he told me from one session to the next or even during the same session. He also charges double the average physio fees. I attended 2 sessions lasting about an hour each and costing nearly $300 in all. He never provided a clear diagnosis, he changed his mind multiple times about whether I needed an MRI, he provided less than 5min of actual hands-on manual therapy to my shoulder, and this only after I asked if any was planned. The rest of the time he had me do multiple variations of diagnostic movements while he went off to other patients. He would then come back, ask how it went, provide another and then run off again until we were out of time. Huge waste of time and money.

Jeff, Cameron, and the rest of the crew at West Van Physiotherapy are my favourite physiotherapists available. The service is thorough, personal, not pretentious, and comfortable. Great workout too. Highly recommend this clinic for comprehensive physio care. Thanks guys!

This really wasn't for me. I went in with serious neck pain and while the physiotherapist helped with some immediate pain via manual manipulation, the rest of the time there was a waste. They juggle multiple clients at once for a pretty steep price tag, which makes it seem unprofessional and rushed. He also recommended seeing me multiple times a week after my initial assessment, which I couldn't afford without insurance. I wish we had time to talk about the financial barriers and come up with a plan for me to do at home on my own while coming in even weekly instead but this just really isn't the environment for that because they have 5 patients at one time.

I've had good results with Jeff here. But when seeing Cameron, I really didn't like how he would juggle three patients at a time. So when you book a hour visit you really only get about 20 minutes of one-on-one care. I found he was rushed and too fast, didn't listen enough to my comments regarding symptoms, and for this reason severely overlooked a primary cause of my issue we were trying to resolve. Since working with another one-on-one physio I have made great progress.
