After using a few physio clinics in KW, I was referred to A Body in Motion. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. Appointments have always been on time and I have never felt that my care has been rushed. Most importantly, the care that I have received has been excellent. During my apt. concepts are clearly explained so I feel confident working on things at home. Between appointments, should I have questions, staff is always available via email to help. While I hope that I won't need their services for too much longer, I appreciate the warm, welcoming atmoshpere and great care that I have recieved.

If the A Body In Motion team aren't the gold standard in the area for a great team who know what they're doing, and do it all with a smile, I can't imagine who might be. For obvious reasons, it's fortunate I'm not a super regular there but on two issues spread a few years apart now have been treated well and successfully. Highly recommended.

Was really happy with my experience here. I used to go to the Body in Motion in Kitchener, but since moving I thought I would try out the Waterloo location. Different people, same service! Felt really safe with their COVID protocols, hopefully I don't have to go here again as that means I've got another injury but if I had to, I'd go here!

People not in the service industry do not understand why they get charged to cancel. 24-48 hour cancellation policy is only fair to the people serving you. When people no show or late cancel they lose helping other clients and my guess is they don't get paid. I had an amazing experience here with Keri. Great, personalized one on one service. Would recommend her for sure.

I am really upset. My appointment is tomorrow morning at 6-00 am and I received the reminder email only this morning at 8-53 am from A Body In Motion Rehabilitation. I called to cancel this appointment but was told that I will be charged for that because there are 48 hours cancellation notice.

A Body In Motion has taken care of myself and my family for over 5 years and I could not be happier with their services. I love that our names are on the Chalk board to welcome us when we arrive and we always feels like we are part of the family. The staff is friendly and I have called for last minute appointments and have always been accommodated within a day. I have been to other clinics that feel just like a clinic. This feels much more than that and the staff work so well together. The quality of the assessments from the staff is top notch. They go above and beyond to make sure they are doing all they can to help you get better. The owner takes great pride in customer service and attention to each and every patient. I receive an email to remind me of my appointment which helps as I tend to forget. I would highly recommend either location for all their services.

I have never been more impressed by the sheer capacity to care for a person as I was when attending this clinic. I recently saw that they received incredible recognition in the Record Reader Awards and they could not be more deserving. Their knowledge, attention to detail and top rate customer service far exceeds anything that I have experienced to date in the healthcare community. You receive attentive one on one, "hands on" care from a Registered Physiotherapist at the beginning of your appointment and are then supported through your exercises by a caring, and knowledgeable Kinesiologist. This team works like a well oiled machine and communicates effectively and efficiently. They are on time, they have great hours, and they go out of their way to make your life easy. Email reminders 48 hours so that you can cancel and reschedule long before the 24 hour cancellation period, and they are always helpful when having to make appointments on a tight schedule. They make you want to come to physiotherapy and that has helped my healing more than I could have ever asked for. I would highly recommend A Body In Motion.

Went to this place recently. Big problem with it is that patients are scheduled EVERY TWENTY MINUTES. That's right, barely enough time for the physios to work with you and say hi (for $60 a pop). And they're always stressed, always RUSHING off to the next patient, so they don't have time to give you the proper care. This is NOT the physios' fault. They are mostly fantastic - it is the clinic owner who is scheduling so tightly, without consideration of patient care. Typical money grab, don't waste your time. Go somewhere else where you feel listened to and looked after.
