I'm not rating on services provided, but on how they provide them. They have a great website which allows you to see all their staff and their backrounds. I figured this would give you an idea of who you would like to have as a therapist, but that is not how it works. The therapist I applied for does not take any new clients, which is not stated on the site, then I was told since one of my injuries was a potential WCB claim (assessment) they would only pair me with a therapist who is willing or has time to see me. There was no option to wait for a therapist of my choice. I'm sure all the therapists are professional and great, but being in the fitness industry for 5 years myself I can say the way they pass you onto the least busy clients is not optimal for the customer.

Very positive initial meeting with Nartin. He was one-armed for my appointment and wS ready to discuss my goals and gad designed a exercise orogram to a hieve the goal.

Office staff were extremely helpful, polite , friendly and considerate. The office also appears to be efficiently run. The physiotherapist conducted a very detailed intake and was familiar with the area being addressed. He was polite and considerate and really listened to what I had to say. I was impressed with his level of care and concern. He also provided a detailed exercise for me to follow and this was already in place on my return home. I would certainly recommend this practice, based on my experience today

I go see Vince Avery for physio and Dean Brenner for Massage, fantastic, Not to mention the clinic also Direct Bills to 3rd party insurance(I have Blue Cross). Hands down best clinic in town! Amazing Covid Safety protocols in place also!

Best Physio office in town- this practice goes above and beyond in successfully meeting care needs. In my experience, IMS treatments with Vince have been very helpful. Vince took the time to thoroughly educate and prepare me for ongoing maintenace. You walk out the door feeling confident you have the tools and knowledge to prevent any further injury. Also helps, hes down to earth with a great sense of humour. If you're looking for a registered massage physiotherapist- Dean is a master of this craft- another practiotioner who takes the time to get to know his clients. Communication and consideration is constant. Always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. Ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly reccommend.

Sian is one of the most dedicated professionals I have been fortunate enough to meet and be treated by. She actively listens to you and offers solutions that not only fit, but work. Communication and education are hard qualities to come by while also making progress. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who wants to feel better!

Direct billing and very courteous staff. I've been seeing Cecil Newman for an aggravated thoracic spine and his attentiveness, knowledge and foresight have been helping me tremendously. He's identified problem areas and the direct work he does, along with my homework and lifestyle/work adjustments have me seeing alleviation for the first time in over 6 months. I'm very thankful to be a patient at this practice and can't recommend it enough.

Obviously avoiding injury to begin with is the best approach, but the people at thrive now have been unbelievable in my rehabilitation process. I went to them struggling to walk because of my herniated disc and Muhammett (Moe) my physiotherapist and Tina at the front desk did absolutely everything they could to get me back on track with amazing improvements. Unfortunately I'm being put into a much more comprehensive rehab program through worksafe, but with thrive now I never felt like appointments were rushed and it was adapted to my personal needs and concerns. If you are in the Duncan area or can even manage to drive in from further, I recommend it whole heartedly!!
