I have been gone for physiotherapy for more than 20 years. All these years none of the Physiotherapists explained about my injures & how to recover to the best. My current Physiotherapist Jazz Dhir and her team are excellent. She explained about my injures & how to get better. Physiotherapy First is the best clinic I have been and I am still attending weekly because I want to be better. It's only 4 months with them. Jazz and her assistants are very knowledgeable and take time to educate their patients and their injuries. I would definitely recommend Physiotherapy First to everyone. Great clinic. Have been going here for years and more recently for a workplace injury and had a great experience. PTs Ravinder and Gagan as well as the physio assistants made sure to take care of me every step of the way. RMT Gurdev is also awesome, beyond giving a great massage she is knowledgeable and makes sure you make the most of your massage by stretching, exercising and changing bad habits that are hurting your body. I took both my dad and sister here after reading all the great reviews however, I was so wrong. I got to sit in on the physiotherapy sessions and I was not impressed. Every time we went I had to remind them what the doctors told us and what the issue is. All they ever did was massage for about 5 minutes, then put an ice pack on for majority of the time followed by another 5 minute massage. We went for several sessions but there was never any progress. Such a waste of our time and money! Luckily we found another physiotherapist who was for sure slightly more expensive but we saw such great results and fast recovery.

Very great place to get treatment of any body pain. Amazing, polite and knowledgeable staff. I visited this place for my severe Shoulder pain. Physiotherapist Gagan took care of me, I went regularly twice a week and just followed all the exercises also to be done at home, it took me around 4 to 5 months and trust me I am now completely cured of my shoulder pain. Thank you dear Gagan for curing me out of my pain, I am now visiting this place for my knee pain and I am very sure that I will definitely be cured soon, we just have to have patience. I decided to give this place a try because of all the high google reviews and I’m so glad that I did. I had a labrum repair hip arthroscopy surgery and within 3-4 weeks the team had me off of my crutches, feeling great and walking again. As soon as you walk in, the staff are ready to greet you by name and with a smile. The physiotherapist Ravinder and her assistants are all highly educated and very knowledgeable in what they do and made me feel very comfortable with my recovery. After my 1st visit with Dr. Amrit Matharu whom was just so sweet I was able to walk, sit and stand more then when I came in, she had recommended that I also get a massage in between visits with her so I did and Arveen Gandhi was just a sweet heart....all in all my experience thus far has been amazing and I'm so glad that I found this place not only am I going to keep coming here I will also be recommending this place to everyone that I know Also loved how it's so nice and clean ????

Being in a car accident at young age of 19 is a really horrible thing. Having a dominant hand wrist fracture in two places is even worse. when my accident had happen i was in a cast for 6 weeks then after that i was recommended physiotherapy (obviously). when i started physio i switched 3 different physio clinics because of how bad and nonsense the therapy was at the 3 clinics i was at before Physiotherapy First. it was not until 8 months after my accident and still in pain that i thought whats happening here? why am i still in pain after 2 days a week of physio for 8 months straight, that is when i started going on a hunt for another clinic and found Physiotherapy First. Before i started coming to physiotherapy first i was in pain everyday with my hand and forearm and upper back, what i am about to say is not an exaggeration at all .. after coming for just 2 treatments my hand/forearm and back pain was gone and not only that but my range of motion for my hand started to get better and better. it was such a relief knowing i finally found a clinic that ACTUALLY HELPS PEOPLE, and actually cares for people..the therapists are beyond amazing and make you feel as if you are family. Saying thank you is not enough for what they have done for me and continue to do for me but ill say it any ways ... Thank you! Physiotherapy First!!!

When I first came here last year, every thing was difficult for me. My pain never went away, costs were high for me, my muscles were always tight from many years of working in the warehouse. I am being been treated by head physiotherapist, Jasdeep Dhir, at this excellent clinic. It is by far the best physiotherapy clinic in Brampton! Jas is extremely well educated in this profession and has taken on many extra courses along the way for interests' sake which is also impressive. I feel I am in excellent hands in my health journey with Jas. She is bright, energetic, professional, a super listener and knows my medical history inside out. I have a very complex, chronic pain history. Jas listens to me and does stretching, etc. during each and every appointment. I see her every appointment and this is not always the case in other physiotherapy clinics in Brampton. This is very important for a physiotherapist to do, in my opinion.. Jas tailors my exercises to what I can do and readjusts them if needed. i truly feel that i am receiving top notch physiotherapy sessions each and every appointment with Jas. The supporting physiotherapy assistants are also excellent and there is a great, caring atmosphere at this clinic. I really can't say enough great things about Jas and her clinic. I had a slip and fall accident in 2013 as a result my right shoulder was badly damaged which lead to me having to do two surgeries on it. After my first surgery I suffered from what is called a frozen shoulder, and as a result I had to do another. At the end of the whole ordeal and after months of physiotheraphy (done at the hospital where I did the surgery) my shoulder was worst than ever. After months of unsuccessful therapy I was told they had no other choice but to release me from their physio program as there was no improvement, and more likely than not I would have to do yet another surgery or live the rest of my life with little to no range of motion. For years I was unable to do simple functions ..combing my hair, reaching in my cupboards for a glass, cleaning my home, lifting, tying on a computer for prolonged period of time even a simple task such as taking a shower proved to be difficult. I accepted that this was now my new way of life limited and in pain. A few months ago my husband was involved in an accident and was referred to Physiotheraphy First within the first few sessions he started reporting significant improvements. I too was suffering badly from severe pain as I had been diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis and tendinitis along with degenerative disc disease. My husband suggested I try the physiotheraphy offered at Physiotheraphy First. As you can imagine I was a bit sceptical, but as the pain grew worst and realizing I may be stuck on pain killers the rest of my life I decided to give it a try. On my very first visit there I can honestly say I was impressed from the moment I entered I was greater with a friendly smile and hello. They took my information and I met with Ravinder who set out my treatment plan. Immediately that same day I was able to start my first treatment and let me tell you with no word of a lie within the first week I stared to feel relief. I've been going there for several weeks now twice a week and my range of motion has improved beyond anything I could have imagined accomplishing my pain also on a scale from 0 to 10 is at about a 2 compared to it being around a 7.5 or 8 sometimes even a 9. The staff is so professional and friendly they make you feel valued and welcomed. Always asking about my day or weekend or family job etc. The environment is exceptionally clean which is a big plus for me and just the overall service is amazing. They took care of calling my insurance company and looked after all the information. I also needed paperwork to provide to my job and insurance company and they provided it to me without hesitation. I will be returning to work this coming Monday but I have all intentions of continuing my treatment there. I would definitely without a doubt recommend them to anyone looking for great physiotheraphy and other services.

Just one word to describe their health care service - "money makers". They do not care about their core responsibility. 40-45 minute session is merely a time pass for them using machines, 1-2 minute massage(even if not needed) and cold/heat therapy gadgets. Nearby doctors (in 5-10 kilometers range) know them and would not advice you to go there if you mention their name.
