I have had a wonderful experience with Illume physio! I highly recommend it to anyone in pain. Hard to believe just 2 weeks ago, I was limping into the office, and now I have no pain. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and it's in a great location in Winchester! Very clean, super friendly. Huge thank you to Jacob for helping me feel better and making me feel cared for! I will for sure be a returning client if I need their help again.

This is a late review. Jacob treated my tendon with shockwave therapy. Its been six months. The left tendon has been so good so far. He is really knowledgeable for his expertise. And he is fun to chat with. Sadly he left ottawa for Winchester. Highly recommend this guy!

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Illume Physio. I found the premises to be clean and modern, but the best feature was Jacob's professionalism. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and what the end goal was, and he also took time to explain what each different treatment was working on. He also listens to your issues, and will adjust parts of the treatment if they do not work for you.

I went to see Jacob for physio therapy when I was pregnant. I was suffering from pain in my left side in my glutes and down the leg(like a lot of pregnant ladies do). Because of him, I was able to continue studying, pain free I may add, and rocked my exam! I was a RMT for a long time and Jacob knows his stuff. When I came he took a long time to look at how I was moving and testing various theories of where he thought my weaknesses were as well as where I was tight.
