Friendly, Efficient and Professional I have seen Mina Gebraiel at Expert Physio Plus for ongoing severe left shoulder pain. He studied my ultrasound scanning report carefully. Mina conducted a thorough examination, immediately found problem areas, and explained my issues in a clear yet comprehensive way, leaving me reassured. I found the therapist very easy to communicate with, he treated me incrementally so as not to risk further damage, he used different techniques through his expert complete team. They explained what they were doing and what to expect. I was given reasonable exercises to do and his estimate of how long it would take to recover was correct. After following Mina’s advice, my shoulder pain has went down significantly. Mina is a superb physiotherapist. Mina and his team were friendly, efficient and professional and knew what they were doing, in very competitive cost. I wouldn’t hesitate and highly recommend Mina Gebraiel. After seeking many physiotherapy treatments through various physiotherapy clinics, Expert Physio Plus (Mina) was able to treat efficiently my lower back and shoulder pains. After five sessions, I felt much better. The treatment is tailored towards your needs. First they do a full body assessment to determine the cause of your injuries. He focuses on deepening the root that causes you discomfort. They use special techniques to alleviate your pains. The team is very knowledgeable and professional in their field and their expertise in dealing with chronic pains are beyond what you would expect. They support your treatment with regular exercises and coaching from a exercise therapist. Post exercices are still available to you once your treatment is over. I highly recommend them!

Already using a cane for several months, was told may be wheelchair bound in a few months if cannot strengthen leg, trying to avoid a knee replacement. Doubtful at first, scheduled an appointment with Mina. Believe me when I say the size of the clinic is not at all what it appears. First thinking it was a very small clinic, after the first visit realized they have all they need. Compassionate and welcoming, Mina, Jason, Josh, and Eman were amazing! It was recommended that I do some regular physio prior to starting the GLA:D program, in order to be able to withstand the exercises that were part of the program and to bring the pain under control. Within 2 visits, could feel a huge difference in pain tolerance, and finally able to sleep!. Within 3 weeks, no more cane. The GLA:D program is both instructional, and filled with exercises that not only help strengthen the muscles, continue to relieve pain in a life changing way! My husband works in construction, and at 62 years old, could not get any form of relief for his back pain (tried multiple RMT messages, to no avail). Mina told him that if he booked an appointment, can most likely help resolve the issues. True enough, 3 weeks later, so much better and straightened his spine, also relieving multiple knots in his muscles! Lastly, my son was recently injured in a work place accident, and could not raise his arm above elbow height. 2 appointments, and full mobility back! A few more to go to fully resolve the strains, but definitely impressed on the quick progress! Mina, Jason, and Josh – soooo appreciate all you have done for my entire family. We are all on track to quicker healing, no pain, and learning exercises that we can continue on our own at home. Unlike most larger physio therapy centres, the personalized care and privacy your team gives makes it feel less like physio, and more like self-help. The extra time you take with each as needed is truly unique to your centre, and the hours that you are open make it easy to book around work hours. Can’t thank you enough for helping all 3 of us!

I came to Expert Physio plus for bunion surgery recovery 2020 and double back injuries May 2021. The results i got after just three sessions were miraculous, Mina and his team are very professional, talking you through the plan, explaining everything thoroughly, they are all very patient and welcoming. My experience at Expert Physio Plus has been excellent! Mina and his team are very professional. They take care of their patients in a holistic manner, combining different techniques (massage, adjustments, acupuncture, cupping, personal training, etc.) depending on the injuries you have, and adapting the treatment to how you feel that day. I came here for a frozen shoulder and was treated for that injury as well as a scoliosis for which I had never received any treatment before (yet both injuries are intimately related). Both my shoulder and my posture have been corrected after 8 months of treatment. I feel in better shape now then I have felt in the past years. I am also much more automonous in asssessing my body and planning my exercice routine. This could not have been possible without Mina and his team. Moreover, they are very welcoming and make exercizing really fun (even planks)! You really feel that they care and want to help you. Thanks to all for your excellent work!

Following a decline in memory function, the experience of injury from frequent falls, hip surgery and extended hospitalization, my husband Jack, at 84 years of age had lost all confidence in his ability to recover. He was both bed and wheelchair bound. Six months have passed since he began his regular physio treatment program which has been supervised by Mina Gabraiel. Jack is now able to participate fully in his physio sessions which have enabled him to stand and walk with assistance. The pain reduction in his arms, legs and back is contributing to Jack's positive feeling of self-worth because he is better able to be independent. Very professional and experienced staff! A personal favorite was the Shockwave Therapy (for my aching knee). The treatment itself is uncomfortable, but non-invasive. I saw results starting with the first treatment (i.e. going to bed without the ache for the first time in 6 months!). I highly recommend it!

Mina and his team are literally ✨amazing✨! I have been to other physio clinics in the past and the impression they left was not a good one. When I pulled my back really badly (again), I was told to go to physio (again), which I was doubtful. Upon research I found Mina’s practice and tons of great reviews. I hesitantly scheduled my first appointment and immediately realized that Expert Physio Plus was more than your average physio clinic (who normally collect money to show you exercises you could have googled for free). He uses a variety of techniques depending on your injuries and body. He listens and evaluates, then creates a course of treatment. Him and his team have made it possible for me to make a full recovery from back pain that I have suffered for over a decade. They make you feel comfortable and treat you like a Human, not just a paying customer. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would give them. After more than 2 years of back and hip pain, and treatments by chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and acupuncturists, I had all but given up on ever being pain free. About a month ago, a doctor recommended Mina. After an initial assessment, we agreed upon a course of treatment. I’ve now had 8 appointments, with 4 more scheduled. The difference is nothing short of amazing! I have no doubt that, following the next 4 treatments, I will be fully back to normal. Mina and his entire team are super friendly, while maintaining a professionalism that is truly confidence building. They leave no doubt that they know precisely what is needed to achieve the objective and how to go about getting there. I cannot recommend them enough.

I met with Mina for my neck pain issue, I am in my mid-thirties, and have regained my full range of motion. Three weeks later, I trusted the staff with my grandmother's neck and shoulder pain, she's in her mid-eighties, after one week she can now use her walker with ease, has more range of motion and has regained her energy ten fold. I find Expert Physio Plus involves each client: -They don't rush the client -They hear your feedback, adjust the treatment accordingly -They educate you if a correction needs to take place -They explain how to self-care The entire team, not just the PT, is involved. Every staff member notes what works and what doesn't, your progress and any additional insight that helps with your treatment plan. You don't have to repeat yourself and you feel they know your file. Given our new normal, I also wanted to add that masks are worn at all times but, outside of treatment everyone keeps 6ft apart. I've observed masks being replaced often, good hand hygiene as well as good sanitization of the area during and after my appointment. I recommend the Expert Physio Plus team all the time.
