The team and staff at NEUMovement are incredible. They really create an environment that focuses on true wellness. I love that there is a team of people (physiotherapist, pilates instructor, massage therapist, and more) working together to provide a wholistic perspective of my health, mobility and strength. This approach allows for a bespoke healing and strength plan. I am so happy with the progress that I have made since committing to their program. Plus, it’s fun! I will always feel welcome and supported.

I can't say enough great things about this space! The staff are incredible, love the decor/atmosphere, and Michelle gave me a wonderful intro to pilates that was really great to incorporate during my pregnancy. Highly recommend a visit (make that visits!).

The most welcoming space - from the clean, organized studio, to the happy and friendly staff - this is by far my favourite place I have ever done Pilates! The physiotherapy integration program was so helpful in regards to building core strength and maintaining good posture, and the Pilates helps me stay in alignment while still pushing myself at my own pace! Love love love NeuMovement!!

Absolutely fantastic – NeuMovement Vernon!!! I have been struggling with significant bio-mechanical and other issues after a major surgery. But with the collaborative effort of my incredible rehab team, led by Kathy (Physiotherapy Extraordinaire), Jim (Pilates Instructor), and Jamie (Massage Therapy), and all the others who have contributed, I am finally seeing progress in my recovery, mobility and strength. Everyone truly works together which has made all the difference. It’s such an upbeat and supportive wellness studio - I am so glad I started going there. I have been going to Neumovement Vernon for two or so years now. Love the springboard classes and can hardly wait until they are able to do them again (post COVID-19). I do their physio/pilates integration - physiotherapist is awesome and pilates instructors are awesome. Atmosphere and all staff are really great. Total faith and trust in the expertise of all the instructors. Highly recommend this business :)

Absolutely awesome experience with this studio from the staff at the front to the instructors! Courtney De Vries has been my physio, and has given me the best physio experience I have ever had with dealing with an arm injury and neck tightness (Ive been a nurse for 20+ years so say no more!). You can get incredibly hands on treatment, along with dry needling, and after a few months I am in much better shape than before. I have been incorporating the pilates stream you can partake in through your physiotherapy insurance too, and Stefany has given me amazingly insightful one-to-one pilates sessions too. She's helped me find muscles I forgot I have! Posture in improving greatly, and I just feel energized to get in shape! Thanks team!
