Telma is amazing and has really helped me with a painful hip and IT band inflammation.She has given me exercises to do , she demonstrates how each one is done and I love the app she provided. Amanda the receptionist is very courteous and friendly she has been very accommodating when I have had to cancel/change my appointments. I recommend them to anyone who needs a physiotherapist .

First time ever needing physiotherapy and it was a very good experience. The physiotherapist Danny, had me do some simple moves and resistance exercises so he could assess my range of motion and strength. He explained clearly what was happening in my shoulder, then gave me three easy exercises to do at home to (hopefully) start the recovery. I’ve probably over simplified the whole process, but it was a clear, concise, and calming experience. I left feeling like I’m going down the right path to getting better. Actually looking forward to going back.
