Exceptional travel health consultation. Dr. Keystone's knowledge of each town my husband and I are visiting in SE Asia and the risk factors associated with each location was impressive. We were simply expecting to receive a few shots and prescriptions, but he really educates you on what to do if you find yourself in certain situations that could impact your health. I'd recommend visiting him for a travel health consultation if you're planning on a trip. He's also quite funny.

Executive Medical - Services are very thorough and complete in clean and modern offices. New gym and updated testing implemented this year is welcome. The appointment is seamless moving you along from one specialist to the next. Where they fail is on the follow up. Nearly three weeks post my appointment I had to request my results. The centre took 24 hours to return my email only to say that I needed to talk or meet with my doctor to get the results who wouldn't be available until the following week (4 weeks past the appointment). For some context, Medcan, Medisys's competitor provides your results during the actual appointment so they are definitely not keeping up to the market. After expressing I didn't want to wait another week, they have now sent it via the post. Really, that will be faster? What about email? Net net, Medisys all the goodwill you are generating upfront is being lost on the final delivery.
