The staff @ Physio on Wheels treat you like family. They are very professional and very skillful in their work, but at the same time they make you feel like an appointment is just you hanging out with a dear friend. Every time I've received treatment from the staff of Physio on Wheels, whether it was massage (RMT) or physio or physical therapy, my healing has been quicker than anticipated due to the healing abilities of the staff at this clinic. The office manager is also a treat. She responds to every inquiry and handles any issue from insurance or otherwise with tact and grace. The warm receptionist is also an amazing addition to the team always cheerful and greeting you with yummy treats. Thank you for being a family away from home Physio on Wheels! I miss you so much and will be coming from Kitchener for treatment when I need any!

A wonderful experience that went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first time doing physio to treat my chronic back issues. I had all of my sessions with Claudia who was professional, knowledgable, friendly and caring. When I first started, I did not have full range of motion to do the things I loved (volleyball) and had pain doing simple tasks but she helped me reach my goals. She made a short-term and long-term plan of care for me. She did manual therapy, acupuncture and we would work through exercises to achieve my goals.
