I was in a car accident and couldn't move my shoulder the pain was so intense. I was recommended to go to Essential Physio . I was very impressed by their services because they helped me so much. The chiropractors were very knowledgeable and professional. The massages were great! At first it hurt like heck but they were so supportive during that initial rough period. If you want supportive, caring people with your best interest in mind you should stop in and see them.

I have been attending physio at this location for about a year and a half, their amazing team which includes Dr. Ashley, Dr. Ushma and pooja who is apart of physio here, have really prioritized my care and developed an amazing rapport with me. also they constantly keep up with me and making sure that reminders about appointments are implemented for my plan of care, which credits to the amazing assistants they have in place.

If your looking for the best Physio Therapy, this is exactly the place you need, The staff is super friendly my appointments were on time, no waiting, they have great doctors who are true professionals. Massage therapists are amazing and they really know how to get those tense muscles in great shape again. Therapist actually have a great understanding of the problem explaining to me any questions that I had. I highly recommend this place for everybody and I am glad that I came here. thank you guys

I want to thank everyone at Essential Physio for paying such close attention to my problem. I have been doing shockwave therapy there, after sever treatments the pain had finally gone away. They are the best. Also EP physiotherapist had sat down with me and diagnosed my back condition, she recommended me exercises and gave me a personal advice and guided me all the way through. Now I'm feeling like a brand new person. I will be going to this PT all the time now and highly recommended to everyone

For years I have used the massage therapy services at this clinic for a variety of reasons – initially to increase joint mobility/flexibility and address chronic pain due to frozen shoulder syndrome, and in recent years to reduce muscle tension, promote relaxation, address soft tissue injuries, help in stress reduction, and improve circulation. My current and past massage therapists at the clinic have been excellent – they listen to my description of physical issues/pain, they explain what rehabilitative massage they will use to address it, and make suggestions on any follow-up actions and care I need to take between appointments. Their massage therapy skills have not only effectively addressed my physical injuries but have also measurably improved my overall well-being. I would highly recommend this clinic. Administrative staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and professional – appointments are consistently on time.
