Excellent clinic with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The wait times are normally busy but well worth the wait and care given. I also like that there is a bus stop situated right outside the building.

The Spence Clinic is in this building on the 5th floor. The other medical places should be reviewed on their own Google Map site. The building has other businesses in it as well. I have always been treated well by all the doctors at the Spence. My receptionist has always been awesome. Overall I am happy with the treatment that I received at the walk in as well. The Lifelabs are great too, but as I said in the beginning they are a separate company just like the physiotherapy on the 1st floor and the Thunder Bay Obstetrician and gynecology on the 4 th floor that does the ultrasounds.

Due to health complications I was unable to carry a pregnancy to term. I was hesitant to come forward about this but it is important that I do because I do not want another women to go through the same experience I did. The ultrasound technician who followed up with me was an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. As he was vaginally inserting the ultrasound equipment to assess my internal condition he was singing ACDC and then he said bluntly " the baby does not have a heart beat anymore." Then, without any compassion, told me to get dressed and began to hum another song.This experience has haunted me and the shame I felt leaving the clinic is indescribable. My hope in sharing this story it will encourage medical staff to be more compassionate and empathetic to this extremely difficult situation. I would not have given this review any stars but it would not let me post this comment if I didn't give it a rating.

great doctors, but just a little... confusing. there's a bit of winding around to find the right waiting room and everything looks PACKED to the gills whether it's stacks of files at the office spots or just narrow hallways and small rooms. often referrals can take forever and usually requires you making a second 'reminder' call to ask about the referral

But very confusing to find the place u need to go to. The doctors are very nice and very good at there jobs and the nurses at life labs too. Referrals take long. And sometimes appointment bookings.
