The folks at Mountdale are terrific. From the front desk, Dana is pleasant and helpful, to Natalie in the back who pokes you with needles that you barely feel, to Dr. Jeremy who explained things very well. I felt very comfortable and cared for by everyone.

Not ready to take new patients even though it is an emergency. They are stuck to their regular patients. Very rude and cruel. They are working against the law of a hospital and doctors. Not even expecting a single star.

They don't answer the phone, you have to go there in person to talk to anyone......

Receptionist very rude...Just went in for an emergency situation and the receptionist straight away said no as we are not patients.Asked if she knew any other walk inabd told us to check phone directory.I dont know how they are hiring people qith such a terrible attitude.

My Dr. at Mountdale (Dr. Frederickson - hope that is spelled right) is AMAZING. Very nice person, super knowledgeable, and great with my daughter (4yrs old). The only complaint I have is this, when you call the clinic to book an appointment, no one picks up! I sometimes wonder if the receptionists phones are broken? How can I access my amazing doctor if the receptionists won’t answer their phones!? It’s maddening!
