I had someone recommend this place an was not at all pleased with the level of service I received. I have taken spin classes here and the spin class was amazing but the front desk service is lacking. I went for a massage here, Brittanie was amazing and such a sweetheart, however during a massage you should be able to relax, and throughout the entire hour all I could hear was the phone ringing outside of the door, the front door has a doorbell Everytime it opens and the computer/printer/people's voices we're extremely distracting and made it very hard to relax.

After a injury at work I went to accelerated physio for rehab on my injury. I have to admit I was skeptical at first. Now I'm 3 weeks in at twice a week and doing much better then I was. I'm so thankful of finding this place and the awesome knowledge and skills they have. Just want to thank everyone there for their patience and time with me. A great place to go. Would recommend for anyone.

Charlotte is comparatively one of the most technically knowledgeable Physiotherapists, who gets the job done the right way, the first time, in the least amount of visits. She offers longer treatment sessions, treats only two clients at a time, offers one-person private treatment rooms – unlike so many other physio clinics that do the exact opposite. Every “hurt” of mine that she has treated, has never returned – I cannot recommend her enough!...or the rest of her great staff!!!

I have had lower back issues for over 12 years. This year had to be the worst year of all. I have gone to many chiropractors over the years and this year I decided to reach out to Charlotte for a more permanent solution doing physio therapy. I must say that after a couple months of therapy, Charlotte was not only able to get me walking again without pain, but she also taught me some great exercise that I can do daily as a preventative measure. I highly recommend her services, she is AMAZING!

Charlotte likes the billing part the most. And her machines so she could leave you alone in the room. I had tennis elbow and none of her dumb machines helped improve my condition. She gave me three exercises to repeat until the end of my life. She asks no questions about improvement and indeed there is none. You’re better off watching YouTube and cure yourself.
