My husband and I booked massages here. When we showed up 15 mins early we were advised that we were an hour late. When I asked if they tried calling us to ask where we were the receptionist's response was "uhm... well... the phone number... ehhhhhhhhhhhh..." as if she couldn't read it or something, and she was the one to write the appointment in her schedule a week ago. I can't recommend this place to anyone. Whether we may have actually been late or not (we weren't) their customer service skills were abysmal.

The therapists there are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Town Centre Rehab accepts OHIP patients on Tuesday and Friday. Great place for healthy recovery.

Very good place for massage and physio. Clean rooms, good relaxing music. Thry tale appointments well in advance and its usually easy to find someone on a weekend. Some of them are very well experienced and know how to ease many joint aches!

I was diagnosed with Bell Palsy where half of my face was paralized, went to this place and got accupuncture by one of their professional accupuncturist and i felt better in just 5 sessions. Very friendly staff.

I booked an appointment for a O.H.I.P. situation. I made sure they knew it was O.H.I.P. when I phoned in and I had a doctors note. I have also had a 3 day hospital stay. When I arrived I handed them my note and OHIP card, the first thing she said to me is are you paying for this? Do you have coverage? Are you over 65? No to all three questions. They will not take me for my appointment. Just got off the phone with my surgeon and he said with his script I should not have a problem having this coverd by O.H.I.P. So even though they say they are OHIP funded this is not the case. Don't waste your time. Parking is not good as well.

This is the sister branch of SmartLife Physio (Silver Star Blvd). As soon as you enter their doors (a short walk away from STC), you'll notice that this place smells SO good. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and my physiotherapist, Vicky, is truly phenomenal. I highly, highly recommend her if you're in need of physio, she is all kinds of amazing! Car accidents suck but your recovery doesn't have to. In our initial assessment, she helped me fill out a ton of paperwork and gave me the ins and outs of physio and auto insurance. She has been treating me weekly for several months for injuries sustained from an MVA and I see a huge improvement already! Aside from the run-of-the-mill physio exercises and various treatments, I had acupuncture here for the first time as well. I ask her a ton of questions and Vicky is great at looping me into the process.

Came here for a massage after a long drive back to the city. Definitely one of the better places I've been to! Great service, friendly staff and flexible times! Would definitely come back !

A great clinic that is super convenient because they are open 7 days a week. They really helped me with my injured shoulder and was really hands on unlike some of the other clinics I went to. Definitely worth a try if you've got an injury!

I always go here for physiotherapy. I've had two of their therapists and I was always satisfied with their therapy. Their hours are pretty flexible and most of their therapists go from this location to their sister company so it's pretty easy to book even if it's last minute. They also have an OpenCare account so you can book appointments online.

The receptionist was good. I arrived at the place for a massage the therapist took 20 mins to get to my appointment for 11 am., so she arrived at 11:20 and it was suppose to be 1 hour massage but it finished it at 12:00 I lost 20 mins. For $95 massage its not worth it. I been to many other and this place the therapist didn't do a good job. It was a disappointing experience. Half the time there was a communication problem other half, it didn't feel like she cared about the client. I am giving them a 2 star only because, I haven't tried there chiro or rehab other facilities it wouldn't be fair if i tried one there offer other services. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. PLEASE TRY ANOTHER PLACE IF YOUR GOING THERE TO GET A MASSAGE.

website says open 7 days a week, even the banner at the clinc says open 7 days a week. NOTE THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS! Fine, so I went Thursday, booked appointment. Upon presenting my insurance information they tell me they don't take SunLife clients. REALLY? You couldn't have told me that before I made the trip to your clinc?

If you are unsure where to go for physiotherapy, I would recommend Town Centre Rehab Clinic. I don't find the reception staff friendly, they have no rapport with you as a customer but they are efficient with their office duties. My experience here with the physiotherapists has been very positive. OHIP coverage has reduced your allowable visits so make the most of your visits!

Very impressed with this clinic and the staff! Extremely helpful staff that answer all my questions. The physiotherapist spent a lot of time with me and was very hands on. I didn't feel rushed at all. They were very effective in helping me with my shoulder and with just 3 sessions I can play badminton again almost pain free! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great clinic with great staff!

Not a real OHIP covered clinic. I called to book an appointment for physiotherapy, immediately they ask me "for when?", as soon as I say it's for my mother and should be covered by OHIP, they tell me that they're all booked and they don't know when there will be a spot available, that they can give me other clinics numbers to call. It seems that there's not much preference for services covered by OHIP on your clinic, you shouldn't even provide that service anymore if you cannot comply with it. Totally disappointed.

Great experience! Had one of the best massages I've ever had. They really get deep which I like. If you're looking for a deep massage I would definitely recommend this place. Staff are really nice and helpful too.

I have chosen to have physiotherapy here for my husband because it was only a 5 minute walk from home. The equipment here were old n the bed sheet covering the massage bed were stained in black. Each time we have to covered the pillow with paper towels caused we don’t feel comfortable on it. It’s a Chinese style center. They can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. They provided Acupuncture and massage. We have been here a few times covered by the OHIP. Each time was around half hour. Exercises which we can learn from websites. The Indian Physical therapist who helped my husband is not a registered one so he can’t sign any document . If you need any assessment for the Assistive Devices Program a fee around $38 to be charged.

Hugely dissatisfied. The room and linen smelled, there was stains on the sheet they cover you with. I've been 4 times to this place and every time I left wanting to bathe my myself with rubbing alcohol. Its disgusting and you're left with the feeling you're going to catch something. Great experience all round. Took my mother here for OHIP Physiotherapy. The staff were great and really help us out a lot after my mother's surgery. Would definitely continue coming and recommend this to anyone. Definitely one of the better OHIP clinics I've seen.

Reception folks are great. For massage technicians, the quality of service is not consistent which means if you are able to find the right people, you would have a nice and relax session.
