Scheduled a day off work after making an appointment in advance, was called the night before saying the physiotherapist was not available, so now I have no physio and lost a day of work pay as a result

Have been to this place after my wife was recommended by her doctor to get physio from here. Excellent customer service! Friendly front desk. Cashless reimbursement. All these factors makes me a repeat customer to this. Great job ppl.

Strongly recommend not going to this place. Owner of this clinic walk me out and said go find a different clinic. Here is reason why.. I have been to this place for treatment for 5 Times , only first visit physiotherapist gave me treatment other 4 times staffs gave me treatment. I told the owner “I don’t feel comfortable getting treatment by this staff, how come physiotherapist doesn’t Treat me and therapist doesn’t know condition of my pain“. he said I’m paying $60 hourly for physiotherapist WSIB doesn’t pay me that much it’s not worth it for me to let you see the physiotherapist plus staff does the same thing therapist do, you should go find a different clinic And walk me out the door front of all the people around me . I felt so disrespectful.
