Hey just wanted to let you all know that Lifemark Sport- Rouge Valley is a great physiotherapy place and they help you out a lot with exercises and really just spend the time to get to know your needs and etc. Also the staff there are welcoming, especially bobby and depal are great coming from someone who has had multiple appointments with them. I recommend that you guys book with two staff members I suggested above. please check this place out if your ever in need of physiotherapy, you wont regret it !

Where you involved in an accident or dealing with chronic pain? I apologize for the long post, but this story must be told. Look no further for excellence in physiotherapy assessment, care and customer service. Bahar and her team treat my parents, they were recently involved in a motor vehicle accident and my chronic pain, a frozen back/rib joint since 1989 (not a typo). Firstly, my parents, in their 80's, suffered severe stiffness and needed quality care. Everyone wants the best care for their parents. I observed increasing movement and mobility in them within weeks. Staff took the time to listen, patiently explained what they were doing, adjusted treatment times to fit into their busy schedule and tailored a program for ongoing care. Secondly, my traumatic accident which occured in 1989, left me with chronic back pain since that date. I was told by many health care professionals "live with it", so I did. I met with Bahar and she immediately observed my problem and immedialty began targeting the painful area using hands on techniques during my first few visits. During one visit, the frozen joint moved and MY 24/7 PAIN IMMEDIATELY GONE AFTER 29 YEARS. I am playing full equipment hockey again (@60years) and living a whole new and better quality of life. I drive all the way from Mississauga to get appointments at this clinic! I have been to countless physiotherapy clinics over the years and this one is by far the best. I got great results after just s few sessions. I saw Bahar Javan for physiotherapy and Suzanna Bilyk for massage. They are both the best in their fields. I had the best results with both of them. Baher's knowledge of physiotherapy and her professional manner easily makes her the best in her field. Suzanna's understanding of massage helps her create the best treatment plan for her patients. They both also communicate and work together to help a client's injury or problem area.

Starting with Sohee, she has been great with the front desk help and always ensure I'm on schedule and provide the free parking ticket to exit when done with my session. Dipal, Alaina and Deki always greet customers with a smile (very contagious!)!These guys have so much positive energy and fun to work with. I've been to a few other physiotherapy clinics in the past, but none of them compare to Lifemark. I started coming here due to a car accident where I injured my back. I've been impressed with all of the staff here. My physiotherapist, Salman, is awesome and so are his assistants, Elaina and Deki. They are friendly and very helpful. I've also started seeing the RMT here, Ranjith. I can't imagine a better RMT. It's like he can literally see my pain points and focuses right in on them. I'm so happy to have found this clinic and I highly recommend anyone else to go here.

I was looking for a dentist office (suite 205) in the hospital that I had never been to before and asked many people for help before resorting to the physiotherapy clinic (suite 204). I waited for the receptionist to acknowledge me so as to not interrupt her but to no avail. After just standing there for a while not being acknowledged by her I apologized and asked her if she knew where the dental office was to which she immediately and shortly replied “no” while not making any eye contact with me and just staring at her computer screen. I asked her again in disbelief if she really didn’t know where the dental office was, to which she replied the same way. I left shocked at the customer service, let alone, basic manners, this person showed me. I hope management sees this and makes sure it doesn’t happen to another potential patient.

Pros: Great staff. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Cons: No direct billing to insurance. Inconvenient to park inside a hospital parking lot which requires a ticket from the clinic. The ticket doesn't work half the time and you end up having to call security. The ticket itself also has to be put into the machine in the hospital as far as I recall.

I've only had my blood sent there when I'm at Centenary Hospital for my chemo appointments. They are always, quick, kind and fast, so I can see a result within an hour, or rather my doctor does. This is for chemo pre approval appointments, not for regular blood tests. Centenary chemo clinic is wonderful and having this bloodwork clinic down the hall is very helpful. Thank you everyone. IF YOU WANT RESULTS THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!! I shattered my elbow and had 2 surgeries over the course of 14 months. in that time I had been to 5 different physiotherapists. I tried the free outpatient physio in the hospital as well as sport SEMI (highest rated place in the city.. and most expensive) I was not pleased with any of them. most places just go through the motions and don't really care about doing everything they can do to get the best results. Lifemark blew the rest of them out of the water. the dedication and relentless efforts to get the best results possible was something I had not seen anywhere else. the methods they use are very thorough, and at times can be extremely painful. but they were determined to fix me. and forced me to push my limits beyond what I thought I would be capable of. my only regret is that I wasted my time and money with 4 other physiotherapists and didn't just go to LifeMark first.

I loved this place and the details of the physiotherapist, but I was having a back pain and they misdiagnosed it as after my visits it aggravated my pain even worse, it didn't give me relief for weeks. They said to break through the pain, I don't think that's what physiotherapy means since it should alleviate the pain, so I went to a sports injury doctor and got diagnosed with the true source. If I kept going to this place my condition will probably be irreversible.

This is the WORST place. Do not go to this clinic. I went for acupuncture and the therapist forgot about me, left the clinic for the night and left the needles still in!! The clinic manager is rude to her staff and you can tell she doesn’t care about patient just your money, she has no idea what is going on and forgets who you are even when you have been there for so long! She should NOT be clinic manager and I can’t support a company who promotes morons.

I went for a functional evaluation with Salman today. It was a bit scary with covid-19 and that the site is within a hospital but the staff were very aware . They were cleaning surfaces often and ensured I wasn’t bringing anything into the clinic. They checked my temperature, did a health check and gave a fresh mask, this made me more at ease. Salman was very professional and caring. He was very fair throughout the assessment, gave rest time if needed and always asked for my feedback. Thank you for making a difficult evaluation easier. This is a great place to get treated after a motor vehicle accident! Especially Salman who is great at treating with pain and suggests ways to get rid of the pain through exercises! Every one that works there are very supportive and kind with all who has different pain. Last year, Sal treated me for an MVA and his help did wonders for me and my back! For each visit, he asked "Does it feel better?" Not every PT asks that especially with current experience in another city and i did improve with each session until the end when i no longer experienced pain. His goal is to "obliterate" the pain thru homework (for me -stretching & excercise, accu-ball which Lifemark gave as part of insurance coverage), moist heat, Medical Accupuncture (hurts like a mother for a split sec but works!), TENS and i think ultrasound but not so much. He is excellent and very knowledgeable about PT and how it will feel for the client -i sing and he told me how the neck stretches might feel awkward for me and he was right! Now that i live in London where Medical Accupunture and his expertise is hard to find i do appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the team at Lifemark! John/Ioannis and Sai were excellent Massage Therapists. They were a great compliment to my PT treatments with Sal and team. Susan or Suzanne didn't really help and isn't as firm in application or pressure. Robert was an awesome OT for the 1 session we had early on. He is very caring "We're/I'm here for you" is what he said during our session and he was! Don't talk to Catherine their receptionist after a massage. She'll pester u about ur next appointment, discuss treatments as per insurance, when all u want to do is rest. The other one, i think Nicole seemed much more pleasant but that's just my opinion.

Right from the very beginning, from the reception to the Physiotherapist and RMT they were all very accommodating and helpful with getting me set up with my treatment. At the beginning I felt like it wasn’t working and I expressed that. As the months pasted, nothing improved (especially my bank account with $75 a visit!) For the past few months I’ve been going to a new clinic and seeing an athletic therapist who is obviously way more knowledgeable and listens to me. I have VASTLY improved. My physiotherapist Dipap, was very courteous, professional and straightforward. She went through my injuries one by one and told me all the treatment and excercises we will be doing and how each treatment and excercises will affect my injuries and will help heal. She encouraged me to do daily home excercises which will help me heal faster. I really recommend this place as the staff here really look after your wellbeing.
