Les rendez-vous ne se prennent que le vendredi pour la semaine suivante, impossible d'avoir un rendez-vous pour dans 2 ou 3 semaines. De plus, il n'y a pas de priorités d'appel, on doit rappeler à tous les 2 minutes pour se faire dire "désolé le volume d'appel est présentement très élevé, ré-essayer plus tard". Il me semble que ça serait la moindre des choses qu'on puisse rester en ligne pour conserver notre priorité d'appel. Je suis très déçu du service. Le service des médecins est par contre excellent, dommage...

Sans compter le renvoi qui nous est fait à Bonjour Santé où l'on essaie de prendre rendez-vous via le web. Là aussi impossible de s'inscrire à moins d'accepter de payer une recherche élargie aux coûts de $17. Mais avec un taux de réussite de 27% inscrit dans la marge c'est décourageant. Système pourri.
