The staff are very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. There are more options available here compared to other physio clinics like concussion rehab, pelvic health therapy, or the Alter-G (super cool anti-gravity treadmill!) etc. With that being said, I have no doubt in my mind that whatever condition you are dealing with, any of the staff always go above and beyond to discuss and diagnose, look for best treatments specific for you, and make you feel like a client (not just a number)! I was doing my own physiotherapy regime before I got physiotherapy with Lifemark but I was getting no where. I found Lifemark very encouraging and a positive experience. They listened to my concerns and helped me work through my weaknesses to regain my strength. Everything is covid safe. Eric and Crystol were very personable and I will indeed miss them. I was a client at this Lifemark location to deal with a stiff and aching shoulder. After some range of motion tests, physiotherapist Andy Lefebvre determined the issue and guided me through some rehabilitation exercises, then an ultrasound treatment. I really appreciated the guides and videos that Andy sent to me by email, so I could complete the exercises at home. Within a few weeks, my shoulder is now pain-free. I went to physiotherapy at Lifemark to treat a persistent running injury that would not seem to go away. Everyone at the office was very friendly and welcoming. Their Covid protocols were also good. As for the physiotherapy, I should have came sooner. Once I was in to see Eric he was able to figure out the issue and provided me with several exercises. The difference was noticeable within days. I wouldn't hesitate to return here if I succumb to another injury.

I saw Eric last summer for an ankle sprain and then again this winter for knee pain and he was great! The exercise program that he gave me (for both injuries) was easy to follow and resulted in positive results! Eric is super personable and easy to get along with. He also is very good at explaining (in a simple way) what your injury is, why you got it, and what you need to do to heal (which I really like)! My ankle sprain hasn't bothered me in many months thanks to Eric and my knees have healed significantly since visiting him!

Amazing results and amazing experience. I came to Lifemark in Wortley with not knowing if I will ever be able to walk properly or work. I broke my leg back in March of 2020. Due to the severe break I had to have hardware put in. Unfortunately an infection developed and the hardware had to come out. Long story short I ended up having 5 surgeries in total and my leg was in a cast for 11 months. Muscles in the leg had severely attrophied. My leg was in terrible shape. I joined Lifemark in Wortley not knowing what to expect. From day one after doing an assessment with the team right away I knew I had come to the right place. The crew at Lifemark were very knowladgable and gave me the attention I needed. SLowly day by day my confidence started to come back as I started to see results on a weekly basis. After months of hard work and help from a great crew Im happy to say I have been fully rehabilitated and cleared to go back to work. I could not be a happier person with these results. Found an expired 30 minute gift certificate for a massage. I called and explained that this would of been paid for at a charity sale, and to make it fair would book a one hour but would appreciate them honouring the gift certificate that had been misplaced. Laura Ritchie denied this. I have contacted another LifeMark and they were shocked as well. Hard to believe that they wouldn't honour a 30 minute certificate to try and get a new happy client......, I have changed this review from a one star because although Laura Ritchey below never did communicate with me but her manager did, after I obtained and sent her an email, and we have come to a reasonable business and fair move. I will have a one hour massage with 1/2 hr complimentary because of the certificate. After it's book and I'm assuming without further glitches I will re-review hopefully to a 5*.
