Full disclosure, so far I have only been to 3 physio therapy appointments with Brian, and 1 massage therapy appointment with Ashley but am VERY impressed so far. I had originally gone somewhere else to seek treatment for what I thought was plantar faciitis, and went for months with no improvement. It turns out Body Mechanics identified that my problem is more with the achilles tendon area. After my 4 appointments over 3 weeks, I can already see a difference, which has already reduced the pain I've felt for the longest time. I'm a big fan. I hope to NOT have to keep going, but I know that all the while I am, they're steering me in the right direction!

There were certainly attempts at covid protection but walking through a gym with a bunch of non mask wearing people using machines close to where you walk was somewhat offputting. The office had masks and made you sanitize when you went in but 3 times I was within 2 or three feet of people coming or going while I was pressing against the wall to avoid them. People working there were nice enough, that was good. Maybe my second visit will be better but at least now I know what to expect.

Excellent clinic massage therapist is very good at her job and the chiropractor is wonderful as well along with the physiotherapists. I highly recommend this clinic.

Save your money and go somewhere for treatment. They charge $57 dollars per visit, the therapist shows you two exercises and you are done. I have gone to Fowler and you are there for an hour every visit. Also 6 months passed and they started harassing me for a missed payment that they messed up on submitting to my insurance.
