Once I was able to get in (the time seems lengthy when you are in pain), right from the time I received the call for an appointment it was very pleasant. The two staff members...Larry and Lisa... that I had the opportunity to work with thru my healing process were supportive and helpful. Receiving a hard copy of each of the exercises you are given is very helpful. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
