For the past wo months I have seen a remarkable difference in my motion, a large decrease in pain and the enjoymnet of a good nights sleep. Very professional and friendly staff. I feel they took the time to assess exactly what type of treatment therapy would work for me and not just offer a one size fits all program. Since they offer so many different types of therapy options, such as Aqua, Massage, fitness equipment, I can add other treatments and still remain within the same facility. So far, my therapy has been the best decision I have ever made - should have done it sooner.

I used to go regularly and found the facilities to be quite good, but recently they have dropped the pool temperature, I’m guessing to save money on heating costs. The water used to be heated to 94 degrees, but then dropped to 92 and for the past few weeks has been at 90.5 only,. Everyone who has been in the pool at the same time has made a comment about the lower temperature, so it is a very noticeable difference. Don’t get me wrong, that is a pleasant temperature for recreational swimming, but for therapy pools the recommended temperature is supposed to be between 92 and 94 degrees. At their rate of $55 per visit, for me it just isn’t worth it if they aren’t going to heat the water to the recommended temperature. Apparently some repairs are supposed to be done to help bring the temperature back up to previous levels at some point in the future, but these have pending for over a month at this point. I would happily go back again if/when the pool temperature is returned to former levels. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

I discovered Aquafit through my kinesiologist, Jonathan. He designed my fitness program but it had been a long time since I last exercised so I developed a few aches and pains along the way. Jon recommended Jennifer; a massage therapist and co-worker from Aquafit. I never had a massage before but she and all the staff are so caring and professional, they made it easy! In 2 sessions I had no more pain in my shoulders and continued my strength training routine without interruption. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I briefly toured the facility and found it to be clean and filled with state of the art equipment including therapy pools, exercise equipment! I've been back many times since and I book appointments for myself and my partner on a regular basis. To all the staff, Thank you! Keith

Your body is in very good hands at this clinic. Excellent service and attention to detail, the physiotherapist here is very warm and kind, really takes his time with each client. The pool makes it an attractive option as well for alternative rehab programs. Would also recommend acupuncture here.

Further to my previous post in July, I am very happy to report that I am pain free after a robust 1 1/2 hour walk this morning. The difference between 3 weeks ago and today is remarkable (after only 6 visits). Kudos to the staff at AQUAFIT Physiotherapy Clinic. Many thanks Yolanta and Jonathan! July 2017 I have a buddy who recommended Aquafit Physiotherapy Clinic, so since my knee has been bothering me for quite awhile, I decided to book an appointment last week. This is unlike any physio clinic I've ever used before. After my initial assessment last week with Yolanta, the physiotherapist, I've visited twice more this week. A typical visit lasts from 1 -2 hours and includes stretching/strengthening in the pool under the supervision of Jonathan the Kinesiologist. There is also a whirlpool and a small gym where treatment-specific exercises are demonstrated by the Kinesiologist. Following the exercise program, there is follow up and treatment with the physiotherapist. I am so impressed with the knowledgeable staff and treatment program and facilities at Aquafit and I'm already seeing the benefits. Finally, the cost for each treatment session falls within the range of what you would expect to pay at other physio clinics. Thank you Yolanta and Jonathan.

I was really happy with the services that they offered. After my initial consultation, my regular routine became about 30 min in the pool, 30 min in their gym, and then 15 or so minutes with the physiotherapist. Their open hours/schedules were pretty open but Monday's seemed like the busiest day so you may want to avoid this if you'd prefer less of a crowd.

I can't say enough about the staff, the facilities and the care that I have received at Aquafit Physiotherapy. The front desk staff are friendly and make you feel so comfortable. If there were awards for Best Physiotherapist, Kinesiologist, Massage therapist, etc. they would all go to Aquafit. The physiotherapy plan that I've received at Aquafit is different from any other place I've been. They treat the problem that you have holistically as opposed to focusing only the spot where you are experiencing pain. We all know that everything is connected in our bodies, so it actually confuses me now (since being at Aquafit) that some physiotherapists seem to treat injuries in isolation and don't have a plan for prevention of future occurrences. My back is better now than it has been in years. Of course you have to actually do your part and follow the plan, lol, but they give you the tools and the map to get back on the road to good health. I highly recommend Aquafit to everyone!

The team at aquafit are all amazing. Suffering from back pain for some time I decided to try this place on a whim. Upon talking with the team and working with Jonathan he assure me they would get me all fixed up. He told me he has had people come in with 20 or 30+ years of back pain that they fix up for the clients. This place is one of London's best kept secrets in my opinion. I've been a patient at this clinic for several significant issues over the last 11 years. Yolanta's Aquafit Physiotherapy Clinic is amazing. She has exceptional experience and wisdom as a physiotherapist. Her assessments and treatments are thorough and thoughtful. She is able to explain things well, and is very open to answering questions. The staff are ALL exceptional, and work very well together as a team. The clinic has a refreshingly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for its wide variety of patients. I've always received personal and individual attention for my treatment needs. If you haven't tried physiotherapy with the benefit of a warm water pool and a hot tub, don't underestimate the benefit !! (depending on your treatment needs). Before going to this clinic, I'd had experience with other physiotherapy facilities which were ok, but not nearly as positive overall, or in terms of outcomes. This is a wonderful, truly patient-centred clinic, valuing integrity and honesty.

I personally really like this clinic, not only the friendly front desk people, but also the professionals with great skills. Dec. 12, I received a 90 minute massage which I never had before (I've had a couple of 45 minute ones.) The whole time i was very relaxed and enjoying and the treatment result is so great. I will book another one in February next year.

I just finished a two months/twice a week treatments for severe pain in my neck and low back from degenerative disk disease. I can only praised the professional physiotherapist and kinesiology's treatments for a marked improvement of my pain and increased mobility. The whole staff is upbeat and personable. Very positive environment and I will highly recommended this facility to all my friends and family.
