Came in the other day to see Laura as my back was in so much pain to the point of losing sleep. Laura assessed and gave me a ton of proper stretches to open up what may have been a compressed nerve and I already feel 100% better. Amazing work and couldn't be happier!

Last month I needed a quick 'fix' as I had tweaked a calf muscle and was headed to the Masters Soccer Nationals the following weekend! Active Care Physiotherapy was able to fit me in the day that I called. Laura worked on my calf and showed me a taping job that would save me from re-aggravating my injury and allow me to play the tournament. I didn't have a doctors note and my benefits were able to be billed directly - so convenient! The clinic was clean, the team friendly and accommodating - I will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family who need physiotherapy!!
