Dr Christen is great! She listens to you and is always open to try different ways to make you feel better! I started my adjustments about 2-3 years ago and continued throughout my pregnancy and after. I even bring my 3 month old son for adjustments. Alexis is super helpful too and always has a smile on her face when you walk in. They both make you feel comfortable and relaxed for your appointment, I always recommend Modern Health to family and friends! ????

Genevieve is magic! She is so warm and easy to connect with, asked me questions to find out where I've been having issues and what I would like her to focus on. She helped me get wonderfully comfortable and relaxed by adding pillows and support, adjusting the music and lights, and guided me through the process of our session with a soft voice. She worked expertly on every spot we talked about during our consultation, and also found others that really needed help. I left our session feeling cared for, relaxed, informed, and excited to see her again. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and so grateful for finding her! There's a reason she is highly recommended by so many in the Niagara community.

The most talented doctors and RMTs that a professional golfer/coach/computer prone person could ask for. Even for the wknd golfer who swings weird, your back and golf game will feel better. No annual dues or 19th hole here, just pure professionalism and enthusiasm for your health and welfare. I found chiropractor is also great for my sensitive stomach and stress. In June of 2018, I mustered up whatever courage and energy I could piece together to will myself into Modern Health Chiropractic and Wellness for an initial consultation with Dr. Christen for chiropractic. I had a history of depression and generalized anxiety, particularly in medical situations, which prompted the initial delay of my visit. Eventually, the constant physical pain and discomfort to which I had become accustomed motivated me to my first step through the door, but Dr. Christen and her friendly, knowledgeable ensemble have been the glue that's kept me coming back. I've since been a patient of Dr. Patricia, Dr. Lee, Dr. Jessica, and Genevieve at Modern Health, and have had the great pleasure of working with lovely Receptionists and Chiropractic Assistants like Hilary, Katie and Alexis. The various treatments I've received here each compliment one another, and have each played a part in my ever-evolving journey to wellness. I've learned the differences between the feelings of muscular and skeletal pain. I've learned which supplements allow me to better manage feelings of pain, discomfort, anxiety, and heightened sensitivity. I've learned about each part of the nervous system, and about the disruptive affects that something as simple as poor posture can have on the body. And most importantly, my symptoms have been significantly reduced. Dr. Christen even took the time to personally help me sort out a hiccup with my benefits provider that was unrelated to any action on her part, or the part of her business. Walking into Modern Health, I don't feel as though I'm stepping into the sterile, harsh setting that may have been your parents' doctor's office. This is the alternative health solution that more and more people continue to find themselves drawn to in a world where natural remedies are finally beginning to be recognized for the benefit they provide. My spouse and my brother now frequent the office as patients, and I gladly tell everyone I meet to stop by, even if only for a massage and a yoga class. Regardless of how well you currently feel, there's always room to feel even better, and in this regard Modern Health Chiropractic and Wellness offers something for everyone.
