Momentum spine and sport is the best physio therapy I have had. I have been dealing with back issues for five years and they are the first physio that has helped. They are very knowledgeable and teach you about your injury and how to repair it and also how to maintain good health.

I am currentky receiving physio therapy at the St. Albert location and couldn't be happier with the services. They have a wide range of products and services to treat every ailment. Their exercises are sent to your phone and the app is really easy to use. I saw an improvement in my range of motion and pain right away. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Had a knee issue in left leg, thought surgery was going to be final solution. After a couple sessions of physio, my knee feels almost 100%! Was given exercises to work on but what was more important to me was the explanation of why the muscles work the way they do. Very impressed and highly recommended! Excellent staff as well
