My experience with Arcola Physiotherapy has been really great. Got an appointment in the very next week which was the first plus point. The receptionist there is super sweet, and welcoming. I went there with a wrist pain and I felt the difference in the first 4 sessions only which was great. The therapist was very helpful and attentive during my course of treatment. She would never rush or hurry even during busy days. I would definitely recommend this place. ????

Not a great experience. The physiotherapist there is seeing other patients at the same time and is always coming a going, no continuity and no one on one for longer than a few minutes. Seems too busy to do a thorough assessment. There are better physiotherapists in town.

Amazing staff, very professional. Very clean environment and good covid19 precautions in effect. Physiotherapists are very thorough and make sure they know what you need for rehabilitation.

Very unorganized. There are much better physiotherapists out there that are willing and will help you get better. Don't be fooled by the 5 star rating like I was.
