This place is the absolute best in town. The front desk staff are friendly and inviting. My physio therapist; Mo (who is also the owner) is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Time flies when I see him since we often talk about life outside physio. He is very personable and you can tell he loves his job, and the people he cares for. Everytime I go he asks how I'm doing and that extends beyond my injury, he actually cares about me as a person. Nissa is my exercise therapist, she really drives me to improve myself. I injured my right ankle and when I went in I could barely put weight on it. Nissa doesn't focus on just strengthening the injury site, we also work on strengthening my whole body. The goal of the Alpha Centre is to give you exercises that you can continue at home with minimal to no equipment. Nissa keeps things interesting by using multiple different exercise: sometimes we do yoga, or work on improving balance, or strength training. Alpha also offers massage and acupuncture, due to my injury I haven't been able to take advantage of these services. I go to Alpha for my ankle injury, but I stay for the relationships that were so easily and strongly built. I can't recommend this place enough.

I went here to treat a 6-month old injury to my shoulder which was classified as chronic. Mital has given me very good treatment for my shoulder. In each session she was keen on how my shoulder was doing/feeling and gave me the necessary treatment in office and provided me with exercises to do and apparatus to use on my own to help speed up the recovery. For a first time experience with physio to treat chronic tendonitis I was quite impressed with the improvement in my range of motion after the first session. The facility is clean, the front desk staff is pleasant, very easy to book a session, direct billing available. Based off my experience I recommend their services.

2021 new: pulled something in my back. I let it go for a couple weeks but then it really hurt when I sneezed. Mohammed had it diagnosed right away and did some ultrasound, Tens machine, and stretches and it immediately felt a lot better. Thanks Mohammed!! 2017: I had a sore knee. Mohammed diagnosed it in two minutes and it's now getting better. Two Years Ago: I had a sore forearm from working out at the gym. I tried dealing with it on my own for a month but nothing worked. Then I went to Alpha and Mohammed the Physiotherapist and it was fixed in less than a week. Thanks!! Older Update: I had a sore back and it wasn't going away. Instead of leaving it for a month like last time I went to Alpha after a couple weeks. Turns out my hamstrings were too tight. Mohammed gave me some exercises to loosen my hamstrings, did the electrode thing on my back, and my back is now fine. I will keep doing the hamstring stretches though.

I thought I would put a new update. So after spending 16 months at Alpha ... through 2 surgeries (unrelated to them) l finally got moved into tertiary care and had to leave. As a long term patient there all l can say is positive things about my time there. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Anyone who is transgender like myself would definitely feel safe and secure there. Nissa and Mital were utterly wonderful with me. The constantly changing front office staff was the same. In 16 months while l was there l never had a issue... period! The first new place l went to was not good for me and l ended up at another place in Regina. On my first day l only got called Adam 4 times. My legal name is Autumn as in female! I so wish l could just go back to Alpha Center! *********************** I have been going here for a month now. I am very much happier than the last place. Mital and Nissa are extremely easy to work with. I would totally recommend this place.

After being misdiagnosed from my upper back spasms by an emergency physician (told me it was sciatica), I went to see Mohammed and after 1 minute of speaking with him advised me it was a rib issue. After some soft tissue and mobility work, my pain was half of what it was prior to coming in within 10 minutes of my session. He has a great sense of humor and really made me feel comfortable and relieved. As a manual therapist myself, I really appreciate his straight forward approach. Highly recommend!

Alpha Center is a first class business. The staff are genuinely friendly, professional, and provide treatment that works. I highly recommend you give them a try. When I was looking for a physiotherapist for a shoulder injury, Alpha Center got me in the next day, where other physio clinics were looking at a one or two month wait time. At the appointment, Mohammed was very confident that he could fix my shoulder. He was right! After only three sessions my shoulder feels better than it has in over a year; and I now have the knowledge of exercises to keep it that way. If I am ever in need of physio again, or one of the other services they provide, Alpha Center will be my first call.

Omg if it wasn't for Mohammed I have no idea what I would have done. I spent 4 hours waiting in emergency for excruciating pain I had in my elbow to the point of where I couldn't use the arm at all. My fingers and wrist were numb for them to tell me to sling it and take morphine. Saw Mohammed twice and I can move my arm and feel like myself again!

I contacted Dr. Nazari (or as I call him, Mo) for a foot issues I was having when I was running. I was very impressed with the time he took to understand where I was having issues, what was triggering it, and how extensive the pain was. Dr. Nazari provided me with a few different treatments at the initial appointment and sent me home with some exercises as well. So far things seem to have improved, but I am confident that if the issues pops up again that I will get nothing but the best care from the Alpha Center and Dr. Nazari. They also have a very nice, clean facility and make you feel very comfortable while you are there.

Injured my shoulder several months ago went in there for an assessment was told that I was not going to be covered because my injury wasn't in a car accident or on the job so I had to pay $80 for my initial assessment I have learned if you call around you will find you get 4 free visits under your Sask health I was assured that was not the case on the phone and paid for a session With a rather unpleasant lady wouldn't go back there and I highly recommend anyone don't go there in a future

I think when a the physio therapist work so closely with patients there need to be mask worn at all times. I did not see proper cleaning of equipments in between patient as well. During a pandemic when sanitization and keeping germs to the minimal is so important and everywhere you go people wear mask, especially a health care provider. This is not acceptable.

I Have attended Alpha Center for a couple of sports injuries over the past year . The atmosphere is professional ,yet laid back and non intimidating . The service and treatments provided in dealing with Mohammed have been excellent . You get a sense right away that he genuinely cares about his clients, and his passion for what he does is apparent . He displays confidence when he presents you with a treatment plan , which really helps you believe that things will get better . In one case I had a knee injury which did not allow me to walk for some period of time . I was very down about it ,as it completely impeded my ability to be active. Mohammed was able to put me at ease right away . After a few treatments ,and working on the plans he gave me my improvement was rapid ,and my quality of life returned . I have recently been working with alpha center on a chronic shoulder injury which dates back over a decade . After many years of doctors visits , I had essentially given up on my shoulder ever getting better. I’ve already seen some very positive changes during my current treatment plan . I’m now optimistic about it for the the first time in years . I would recommend this establishment to anyone, thank you to Mohammed and his team for the good work that they do!
