Sheyl is one of the best physiotherapists. He basis his treatments in deep knowledge and research. Actually takes the time to listen and understand the issue and works diligently to address it. I had a recurring shoulder issue due to years of swimming. Sheyl took the time to complete a thorough assessment and worked on my shoulder every session. As a result my shoulder is 100% better. I very highly recommend Sheyl and Timerlands Physical Therapy Clinic.

I have been to Timberlands Physiotherapy Clinic two different times, for two separate injuries. Both of my experiences have been fantastic. Shayi and Moto are both are friendly and caring. Sheyi is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. Each appointment I have felt comfortable and pain free. Appointments were easy to book and have always fit into my schedule. If I ever need physiotherapy in the future, l’ll be back. Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend Timberlands Physio. Because of the excellent treatment ( and exercises ) provided by Sheyi, my daughter's injury to her patella healed quickly and is better than ever. Sheyi and Moto show kindness and compassion for patient needs.

After a fall on a patch of ice I required ligament reconstruction surgery. Two surgeries later and 8 months of physio therapy at Timberlands Physical Therapy clinic I am resuming a normal life. From barely being able to wiggle my toes in January to walking and hopping in August. Great job thanks a million.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. If you book an appointment you will not be seen for at least 1/2 hour after you arrive. I waited 20 minutes for someone to greet me at the door multiple times. I tried to give this place a chance but the consistent unprofessionalism was displeasing.

I came into Timberlands Physiotherapy in November after a bad experience at another Red Deer clinic. I didn't share this experience with Sheyi, I just shared what my injury was (rotator cuff). I was obviously a bit apprehensive at first.He started with a very thorough assessment so he could see exactly where my limitations were and to support me in building my shoulder up again. What a great environment, amazing sense of humor, he genuinely cares about your progress and your injury. He provides many methods ( ultrasound, laser) in order to get your injury healed up. Was just discharged yesterday and so happy with the progress. I started barely able to lift my arm, sleeping was painful! I am back to exercising and continuing to build up my strength as it was! Thank you Sheyi. Highly recommended!

Timberlands Physiotherapy is the greatest! Not only does Sheyi do your ache, or muscular disability a good turn; with his great ongoing sense of humor he tunes up your mood so much you leave the session in greater spirits than when you arrived. I like the way he avoids too technical a language to explain what and why he's doing what he's doing to improve your well being. His wife, Motso, and the little ones, provide a relaxed homey atmosphere. The children, although well-behaved, bustle about and play, low key, a comfy ambience. And Sheyi leaves you with new exercises after every session to do at home, which I did. I saw a marked improvement in my health. Physio turned out to be more pleasure than pain. If you're looking for a physiotherapist, I'd check out Timberlands if I were you.

I called around to local physiotherapy places to find out how much the initial visit would cost. I was told on the phone that Timberlands Physical Therapy Clinic was $75 for the initial visit which would last an hour and a half I booked an appointment. I was told the wrong time on the phone, so I had to share the physiotherapist with another client, it lasted about 45 minutes and I was charged $120. When I tried to bring up that the person on the phone told me it was $75 I was told that they were a new employee and told me the wrong price. My physiotherapist seemed knowledgeable and was quite friendly though but overall my experience was quite disappointing.

I attended Timberlands Physiotherapy Clinic for about 2 and a half months, my time there was very well spent. The people there were always so friendly and welcoming. The facility was well kept and clean, and my needs were met. They are just getting going with this private clinic, I highly suggest seeing them for your physio needs.

My husband had this severe pain in his neck so he went to the doctor and the doctor told him he had cold in his neck and he should see a Physiotherapy, so he went to Timberland's Physiotherapy Clinic and was treated by Sheyi. He was so knowledgeable immediately after my husband first visit he was able to move his neck which he could not do before now my husband is completely healed. The Clinic is equip with so many equipment, clean, spacious and comfortable, overall the service was exceptional!

The best service i ever had with physio! The very first time i entered the clinic, I knew I wasn’t wrong choosing Timberlands Physio because the environment was just so positive. Moto and sheyi were so accommodating and very friendly. They treat you not just an ordinary patient but a friend too! Sheyi is so professional and intelligent in explaining every details that you need to know about your health. They even make you laugh and forget that you are having a pain in the first place which is a very nice thing because they make you feel comfortable. So if you are having pain and in need of physio, I highly suggest this place because they really attend to your needs.
