Not only pelvic therapy, but emotional therapy too. Every visit to see Nicole has been so impactful, as a busy mum being able to talk to someone about not only the physical challenges but also the mental ones is so healing. She can really empathize with mothers, offering great advice for coping with the stress and strain of motherhood. She's helped me through postpartum and pregnancy, giving me the information I need to feel confident moving forward, when I don't know whether I'll be able to have a natural delivery or c-section. Either way, I'm better prepared. Highly recommend Nicole! (Thank you!)
