Trash second floor I brought my dad in to die end days . And they just throw him in a cold room. Didn't give him any medicine at least make him comfortable before he died . I feel they could have made him feel more comfortable. And the blanket warm blanket.

One of the front staff at urgent care was pretty rude to me and my little brother coming in with our Dad to make sure he got in okay since he was having a panic attack and was dizzy. I understand COVID is relevant, but COVID isn't an excuse to be rude to two kids worried about their Dad. But yes, you can go into a Costco with hundreds of unknowing people but you can't make sure your Dad get's in the hospital okay ???????? (2 stars cause you guys at least got him in pretty fast)

Hit and miss. Been there before and had no issues with getting treated. Went in recently due to dyshidrotic eczema becoming a skin infection. Fingers swollen almost double in size, could not move my hand, large white blisters and my fingers were purple and I was told to go home and keep it moisturized, I asked for an antibacterial cream and was given a prescription for ear drops. Went to the Pelham walk in because it was getting worse and the doctor there was shocked I was sent away with a clear sign of infection .

We took my Grandbaby (6mos) there this weekend (Saturday after 6pm) and the Dr was amazing!! He took the time to answered all of our questions & sent a request to a specialist for us to see in 2 days. From the time we sat at triage to the time we left was less than 30mins, keep up the amazing work & God bless you Nurses & Doctors.

Kind and caring.Every town should have these services. If the lotto money was used properly, they would. We should stop playing lotto's until they put the money where their promises are stored.

Very caring and welcoming staff over here on a Saturday! Came in for an emergency and were taken care of in 5 seconds. Did not have to even wait to see the doctor and nurse. Amazing service.. and way better than Welland!

I went yesterday because I had a terrible chest cold that kept getting worse. All of the staff were extremely friendly and kind. It turns out I have Pneumonia. I was surprised at how efficient they were. X-Rays, Puffers, 2 rounds of bloodwork, IV fluids and Antibiotics all done surprisingly fast. I feel like all of that would take significantly longer elsewhere. I waited about an hour and a half to see the doctor initially but it was busy and that is to be expected. I really felt like I was in good hands and left feeling much better than when I arrived.

Undoubtedly the best place to recieve medical care in all of Niagara. The doctors and nurses actually care about you and treat you like a human being. Its an absolute tragedy this is just a urgent care center and no longer a hospital. If you work here, know the community thanks you endlessly.

I went in on a Tuesday with what I thought was a bladder infection they run a test and prescribe me Macrobid for 5 days. On the Saturday late at night I went back in because my symptoms were worse and more frequent and I had developed pain in my back on the right side. The doctor told me I was fine and that if everything persists to book an appointment with my doctor to see a urologist. Monday morning I ended up in welland hospital for over 10 hours because what port diagnosed as a bladder infection was actually a kidney stone. All of this could've been taken care of my first time in had the doctors actually run proper tests

Friendly knowledgeable professional people work here who are kind and thorough. Bring something to read or catch up on your meditation attempts ...perhaps practice patient patience.

I wrecked my knee while trying to get out of the bath. My friends had to carry me to the car to get to the hospital. From the moment I entered the staff there were absolutely amazing. The intake staff reassured me I would be ok because the pain was excruciating. The doctor was quick to see me and provided pain relief and an x-ray. The x-ray technician kept me in good spirits and was knowledgable. The nurses were very nice and gave me clear instructions about my splint and crutches. All around phenomenal experience especially during Covid. One of the best hospitals I have ever been to.

They want to xray every kid with possible pneumonia which is unnecessary for diagnosis. They did a nasopharyngeal swab instead which made him cry in pain and left him bleeding for hours. Also an unnecessary swab to diagnose pneumonia... Horrinle experience yesterday. No pharmacy or where to buy food onsite. My son had not eaten all day and the doctor suggested to hold off because of the swab that he supposedly needed, which is irrelevant....

"Hit and miss" staff, some fantastic nurses and doctors, and some...not so much. The rehab portion is very lack luster. If you have a loved one who needs some physio ask them to be placed at Shaver in St. Catharines. Definitely worth the short travel and the facility and staff are outstanding!

Great place awesome help with ultrasounds sucks that it just urgent care now though.

Nadia Potter

Hands down the best hospital in the region. Awesome staff and fair wait times.

Lenore Gelok

Usually quicker than big hospitals and genuine service.

Lorie Tokola

Very prompt, courteous and professional care. Thank you!

Was seen within 20 minutes. Friendly reception, and seemingly knowledgeable doctor - he didn't seem rushed, and answered my questions adequately. 1 star deducted for seeing a centipede crawl out from under the bed....

I was the only patient @ 5:30 am and still had to wait almost 3.5 hours to be seen by a doctor. Triage nurse misdiagnosed my injury and the doctor on duty didn't take 15 seconds to see me to confirm her diagnosis. I was put in a treatment room and left there until the next shift arrived at 8 am. Once seen at approx. 8:45 am, It took literally 2 minutes for the doctor to check my injury, discuss options and determine that no treatment was required at this time but I should continue to monitor and return if it worsens. Extremely poor treatment by the night shift.

Went there tonight saw a doctor for about a min told me to take Tylenol and see my family doctor when i have either inflammed or fluid behind eardrum which is it forat inflammed ear then fluid behind eardrum then told if not better in 2 to 3 weeks i will need surgery

We just moved from Montreal to Ridgeway and this was our first experience with healthcare in this area. What a huge difference from Montreal where we were made to wait at least eight hours and finally my wife started to feel even worse sitting in the waiting room for so long that we had no choice but to just go home. But In Niagara Health hospital we came in as my wife has same symptoms, first a very polite nurse saw us, then a very nice doctor saw my wife and discussed the symptoms with us in detail, requested blood and urine tests. Came back with results (thankfully everything was clear) he prescribed some meds, and nurse gave her an injection. And this all happened in about a hour!! I wish I could give more then five stars :)
