Thanks to the help of Courtney Pigott, physiotherapist and Wally Ows, Kinesiologist, I am now walking for more than an hour at a time. I fell and hurt my left foot twice this year and spent most of the summer in an aircast and crutches which really limited my ability to walk. It took 3 months of practising the exercises faithfully at home as well as weekly and later bi-weekly visits here. At times the kinesiology department was very busy with other clients, but I was still given the attention and directions I needed. Both Courtney and Wally are very friendly, respectful, and attentive to their clients. Almost as soon as I arrived, I was taken in for physiotherapy. Great service.

After being off work for 18 months following two surgeries for throat cancer, it was time for me to get ready for my job again. My insurance company recommended Lifemark Physiotherapy on Pelham Rd in St Catharines and I'm glad that I got to work with them. The staff was wonderful. Todd did the intake interview and introduced me to Wally who would be taking me through my paces to build up strength, mobility and endurance in my shoulder (there was some nerve damage from the second surgery). I can't say enough good things about this office. I was always greeted and made very welcome by awesome staff, shown exactly what exercises were needed to help me (and explained the why and how each exercise would help me) and was given a clear picture of what my goals should be, daily, weekly and by the end of the physiotherapy period. Progress reports and updates were on a regular basis so that I would know how far I had come, what I needed to do on my own time, and what needed to be worked on next. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this office to anyone who needs the help.

I first came to this location 7 years ago when I had surgery on my right shoulder. Courtney and Wally were amazing. Their knowledge and expertise, combined with their understanding of my abilities and needs allowed for a successful shoulder rehabilitation. They brought my shoulder back to 100%! And now I just had surgery on my other shoulder, so the obvious choice was to go back to Courtney and Wally! All of the staff there make me feel comfortable, right from the second I walk in. I spent 2 years at Lifemark Physiotherapy Pelham/Glendale after a very serious car accident in 2015 going 2 to 3 times per week. I had multiple back fractures, a fractured right ankle and nerve damage in my back. My team was Jenna, Wally, and Rob with help from Wally and Courtney. Carla at the front desk was always profession and helpful. I felt very damaged when I arrived and my team encouraged, supported and helped me to realize there was still a light at the end of the tunnel. I worked very hard and always did what was instructed even on days when I didn't feel like it. Rob was paramount in my recovery. I spent many hours in his office crying and having no hope of a "normal" future. He helped me realize that I could be the best I could be. With a lot of counselling and hard work I believed in myself again. Rob always told me I was tenacious lol. I came out of this a much stronger and happy woman who believes I can do anything. This review is long overdue........ I dislocated my right shoulder and also had to have surgery one of the most panful injuries I have ever had. Lifemark Pysiotherapy Pelham&Glendale was referred to me for my recovery treatment. Skeptical to go because of Covid not sure what to expect. When I arrived the reception team ask all the Covid questions asked me to put a new mask on and sanitize my hands before and after donning my mask. This happened with every visit very professional and put me at ease. I Meet up with my Physiotherapist Courtney Pigott, she was also masked and was wearing goggles .Wow putting me more at ease. During my treatment Courtney was very professional, she knows what's she doing, working my shoulder slowly but surely .It was getting better ,she keep giving me encouraging words and yes told me to "slow down don't over do it many time" After each visit with Courtney I was directed to "Wally World " Wally Ows Kinesiologist, this guy makes you work .Wally also had a mask on and goggles cleaning each piece of equipment after using it. Wally is very professional and is famous for the line "your only cheating yourself do the routine I give you and you will get better" I followed his routine and i am happy to say that i am 100%. I went to Lifemark after injuring my shoulder at work. I completed the full treatment recommended by Todd. I was still in a lot of pain after completing the treatment which I told him. Then the first Covid-19 lockdown happened and everything was shut down. I got a second opinion from another physiotherapist who said the treatment I received from Lifemark was wrong. I went back to WSIB to ask them to pay for more treatment by the new physiotherapist. I WAS DENIED BY WSIB FOR MORE TREATMENT BECAUSE TODD PUT IN MY REPORT TO THEM I WAS FINE AFTER I TOLD HIM I WASN'T. THIS GUY BASICALLY RUINED MY LIFE. I AM IN CHRONIC PAIN AND CANNOT AFFORD TREATMENT. When I spoke to Lifemark about changing the report guess what? Todd doesn't even work there anymore.
