The Physical Therapist i had was great. But the customer service was awful. Seemed to be very non military friendly when I was told my problem was the military and I should be going to a military base to get help. That is not the case when there is no active bases that support what medical treatment is needed in the area. I will be finding a new place to go to.

I been going a few months to the Wheatfield location being treated by Matthew G. Issues with my shoulder and his treatments and exercises have been a great help. Just wonderful workers there . Treated me with respect and genuine concern and professionalism all the way.

I've have nothing but great experiences working with the folks at Advanced Care. The reception and back office folks have been friendly, helpful and always upbeat and positive. The PTs and PTAs I have worked with have also been terrific. They are knowledgeable, professional and personable (all of which makes therapy a better experience). I can't say enough about Jill P...she is amazing. Ben is a great guy as well. He knows his stuff and has gone above and beyond to help me. Ashley (in the pool) is also amazing. After surgery I spent several months using the pool. She was the first to get me started on the road to recovery. Last, I have worked with Andrew a few times and he is another supportive PT. He ensures I am comfortable and receiving treatment in the way I that works best for me. I thank all of them for their help. It would be devastating to lose any of these fine people.

Went for my shoulder after a full rotator cuff repair. Great staff. Very nice people from the front desk to all the therapists. Helped a lot with my insurance company to make sure I was recovered and strong enough to get back to work. It was comp and the insurance company wanted to cut me off and send me back to work before I was ready.

I had an appointment at 3:45pm. The PT poked her head out of the door 10 minutes later, asked if I was her next patient (she couldn't be bothered to remember), said she would be with me in a few minutes. 10 more minutes went by and I left. She later called and said, "I lost track of time", well, she also lost a patient. Very unprofessional.
