Colin worked with me after I had surgery to repair a broken wrist. Due to Covid our initial appointments were virtual, but then transitioned to in-person treatments at the clinic. Colin is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He listens attentively and responded to all my concerns. His treatments were thorough, effective, and never rushed. She reported very satisfactory progress, set me some additional exercises and encouraged me to continue with these exercises until my walking returns to normal. Price out products elsewhere before buying anything here, they charged us almost 500 dollars for a cryo cuff machine that retails for less than 300 most everywhere else. It was a DonJon Iceman 3 with an XL knee cuff, retails for $385 online and in other Ortho clinics.

ORIK is a very clean and organized facility and is a very pleasant experience. From the ladies at the front desk to the RMT and physio therapist in the back it is a very welcoming atmosphere.

I am 8 weeks from a total knee replacement and have made a good recovery. I was referred to ORIK and Colin, through Bundle of Care, allowing me access to Physio that was covered through MOHLTC. I had been seeing a different physiotherapist before my surgery for another health issue, so was hesitant to change providers, but as I have no benefits, it made sense to access paid for care through ORIK. I have been very impressed with the whole team at ORIK. Their communication and documentation internally must be excellent, as each visit felt seamless, even though I saw a variety of PTAs and Colin, over the six appointments. As well, Colin gave me some suggestions at my last visit on some other mobility issues I was having. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The experience that I have had with Colin has been extremely positive. I broke my shoulder during Covid 19 and Colin helped me get started with my rehabilitation remotely. I found him to be quite encouraging and understanding of what I was going through. I have been to other physiotherapist that seem to never find an end to treatment. With Colin I found that he took me as far as was beneficial and then encouraged me to try doing it on my own. With benefits being limited that is extremely important to me. Overall Colin and his staff were extremely pleasant and professional with me. His rates are reasonable which was important to me since I am on a fixed income and have limited benefits.

Shannon and Heather at the front desk are both lovely and will go above and beyond to make sure your experience with scheduling and communication are seemless. The physiotherapists, Colin and Erin, are also both very knowledgable and can help you with all sorts of conditions! I have spent a lot of time with Colin and he will make sure to answer all your questions and do everything he can to help you meet your rehab goals! I would highly reccomened including the ORIK staff memebrs as valubale parts of your health care team.
