They have also gave me tips on how to better myself and avoid re-injuring myself. I find it hard to get away from work during the day for appointments but optimal health was very accommodating.

I was treated several times by Kathy. The experience is pleasant and professional from the driveway in. The facility is impeccable and well designed with clients in mind. Every team member is friendly and client focussed. Kathy's diagnosis and course of treatment was clear, well communicated and gave relief to the issue I brought to her. I still can't throw a 100 mph fastball but otherwise I could not have asked more. I'm in the hospitality business and sincerely hope they don't open a hotel!

Jenny provided in-home massage therapy treatments for my husband when he was unable to leave the home due to limited mobility. Jenny was kind and knowledgeable. She took time to explain the treatments and also taught my son and I how to massage my husband's leg between her visits to the home. Highly recommended!

Always come away with stretches and exercises to reduce future pain etc... Highly recommend this clinic for RMT or any treatment they offer.

Their office is also very conveniently located downtown if you are arriving by bike, transit or car. I’ve been a patient on and off for years whenever injured or trying to prevent an injury. Their service is outstanding and their new building is gorgeous. What I love most about these physiotherapists is their knowledge and desire for continued learning. They are always expanding their use of different techniques and technology for use in their treatments. Another thing to note is that there is plenty of parking available for my car and a bike rack for when I ride to appointments. It’s very convenient.
