Since I just returned for treatment, due to my recent fall. I was introduced to a new therapist, Ilia Ferdland. He is super, has his Master degree, and helped my back pain after my first visit. I had the misfortune of injuring myself at work and subsequently required upper arm surgery. I was instructed by my surgeon to seek out physio treatment. I was quite apprehensive about choosing a physio centre that provided quality and personal care. After evaluating a half dozen clinics, I decided to give the Bank Street Pro Physio a try. I have not been disappointed. I went for treatments twice a week for 5 months and now go weekly. My therapist has been Brianne. She has been attentive, informative, caring and obviously takes a keen interest in the well being of her patients. Other staff at the centre also have treated me with kindness and professionalism. The centre has a personal feel to it; where the staff call you by your first name and are cheery and yet diligent about their work. (By the way, there is never a problem with parking here - there are lots of spaces available in the back). If you are reading this and are indecisive as to where to go for help; I would highly recommend trying the Pro Physio Centre on Bank St. Based on my experiences, I think you will be happy with the personal attention you receive and excellent treatment they provide at a reasonable cost.

Need help to get better? This is the place. Had myself a little SI joint / Sacroiliac joint problem after a twisting maneuver while bending and with the help of Chis Lang and the whole team at the clinic my lower back is working great again. They provided me with the appropriate treatment and guided me to the proper exercises to strengthen the weak muscles. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, but mostly they really care and are always looking to assist in your recovery. I will continue recommend their services. I highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to progress and get help to heal physical pain. After an aweful MVA involving a Semi Truck, I was left with a concussion, spinal concussion, acute back pain, shoulder immobility along with many more injuries. I was in aweful place filled with pain, suffering and lack of mobility; this was making me very depressed, feeling useless, my mood changed with the pain. I was forwarded to this Pro Physio, to work with Chris, at this location, by my family doctor. As soon as I contacted them, the administion made sure I was taken care of. I was first put with Mike a phenomenal hands on therapist, very intuitive and he always sets the suctions to that sweet spot that give me mobility, he works through my shoulder to help release the numbness, with great day to day excercices to help relieve the pain and regain strength. As we went through the therapy, I started working with Chris, The MAGICIAN, a rad human, understands athletic mind as much as he understand the older generation. When you see Chris work and converse with his clients, you notice his compassion, his understanding, his interest in his clients and he simply has the magic hands. He is skilled in Neuro mapping accupunture and needling. My ankle was jammed up with torn muscle and ligaments, he realigned my foot, he recommended on of the best braces to fit my personal life style. My ankle, back and shoulder gained more mobility. I was feeling better to see improvements, to see that it is possible to heal, and to heal at your own pace at the rythm of your own life style. Along with the entire Pro Physio team, Katherine, the exercise therapist, and Manish who assisted, helped me find comfort and confidence back by strengthing my weakned injured muscles with excercices. I am so grateful to have been forwarded to this Physio Team, I hope I am able to find the same quality Physio where I will be going to school, to be able to continue my recovery. When asked why, she was told that the one she was supposed to see was getting off. I find this to be extremely unprofessional, because why would you book someone for a physiotherapist if you're not even gonna see them? We will most definitely not be returning to this location, as the customer service and professionalism is straight up terrible.

I am sorry to see that a few people have been unsatisfied with their service at this location. I have had an excellent experience and have been using their services, including physiotherapy, massage and acupuncture, for nearly a year and a half due to a very complicated injury, two to three times per week. I have encountered dozens of other clients in my time here and have yet to meet someone that was dissatisfied. I have had the pleasure of being treated by nearly all of their physiotherapists over the course of my treatment and I can say with certainty they are all equally competent and provide wonderful service. The physiotherapists assistants and front office staff are equally pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic and have personally referred others to them and will continue to do so in the future. I myself was referred to the clinic by a family member that has utilized their services on and off for years; they have always been as pleased with the care that they received as I have been. If you are considering using this clinics services I remind you that people are more apt to write a complaint than a complement online. Please don't let a few bad apples sway your better judgement... Five stars is not enough!!! I was recommended to Pro Physio by a family friend after having broken my femur. My Physio therapist’s (Chris Lang and Mike Seto) were very knowledgeable and determined in getting my range of motion back and having me walking without any crutches 5 weeks post surgery. The facility is well organized, clean with extremely friendly staff who greet you on a first name basis. You certainly don’t feel like a number (a rarity in this industry) If you want to get moving again, this is the place. Very pleased with my experience. Highly Recommended!!!!

While the physiotherapists are professional and generally cheerful, there is an atmosphere of dissatisfaction with almost everyone else in the facility, from the receptionist (2 out of 3) to the grumpy supervisors who lurk around and ask questions about payments and forms while the physios are treating patients. The toilets are not clean, there's dust on the gym equipment, some of the mat surfaces are ripped, and the pillows are not always changed. This is the most expensive physiotherapy charge per hour in the area (Carleton and two others are cheaper), but it does not project that way when you're there. Needs a cleanup and some customer service training.

I have been in the care of Physiotherapist Chris Lang and his team on and off now since 2012. Chris was originally referred to me by name by my GP who said there was no one more effective in getting patients back to health. He was right! Chris helped me in a matter of months return to my normal activities following my L4-5 back issue and excruciating sciatic nerve pain that radiated down my leg. More recently I have seen Chris for knee and L2-3 joint issues and he has helped me to bring back mobility and strength to be able to resume my activity level again. DO NOT GO TO THIS USELESS CLINIC. I wasted a month and a half of my life after going to 10 useless sessions. I had sciatica nerve pain and lower back pain problems that started from sitting for long hours at work. The pain was so unbearable I was on all kinds of painkillers. The doctor referred me to pro physio to get treated but it was completely useless, at times I would end up going home with more pain than I had before the session. I gave up on them and went to an acupuncture clinic to get treated, after 5 sessions I feel so much better and the pain reduced drastically, I am 65% better... (I am still getting treated).
