I had a terrible experience here. I normally see a sports therapist but a time restraint forced me to find someone new last minute. I am an active individual, I work as a fitness instructor and have my own workout routine. I am used to a certain assessment procedure, a broad scope of knowledge and an over all thorough session. I felt like I was asking more questions than what was divulged, I wasn't given any exercises or stretches to do and there was a very minimal physical assessment. I was sent home with little to no strategy for my recovery, other than come back for more laser treatment. Perhaps it may have been better for someone with a less active lifestyle, however it did not meet my standards.

I came to We-Fix-U in March of 2020 just before COVID hit and closed everything down. I went 2.5 months without being able to have treatment on a torn tendon due to the shutdown. After doing all that I could to keep the pain at bay, I was able to get back in for treat the very first week they were back up and running! Within 6 weeks my arm was healed only to have my other one run tminto issues with a compressed nerve and tendonitis. Julie Alstom and the Staff at the Peterborough location have been fabulous, and although my rehab has taken a long time to get me back to full working order, we are almost there! It is great going to Physio every week as it feels welcoming and like a good little girl chat to take your mind off all that is going on with this crazy pandemic! I highly recommend receiving treatment with the We-fix-u Peterborough location.

Mary the massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and was clearly knowledgeable in her work. This was an awesome first experience, I can't wait to go again!! This is my ''go to'' treatment clinic, accessible, parking right there. Bus stop nearby too. Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Julie is the only Physiotherapist I've been treated by. For a few years now she's kept me going with physio and moral support. As well, Brooke the Chiropodist does great work. It has reduced my pain and improved my ability to walk more. Recently, I started to receive therapeutic massage from RMT Michelle and am pleased she understands the extent of my mobility limitations. I would recommend We Fix U in Peterborough

The treatment i have received under her care for a traumatic shoulder injury has quite literally changed my life. It is wonderful to be in the care of a facility that actively advocates for their clients health. I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about We Fix U, and highly recommend them.

I went to We Fix U in Peterborough for Planter Fasciitis. Upon visiting there l found out the root cause was my pelvis was not rotating causing my leg to be shorter then the other which caused my Planter Fasciitis. I was treat by Seham and Laura. They worked very will together as at team. Pleasant atmosphere during my visits. They never rushed through my appointments and made me feel l was the most important patient when l was there, as they did for all the patients. Julie, Michelle and Amelia are ALWAYS all super helpful and amazing to interact with. I have been seeing Julie for physio here and Michelle for massage for nearly 2 years and would highly recommend them. Their team is compassionate, non-judgmental and always have your best interest at top of mind. Amelia who works the front desk is efficient, smart and accommodating. The trust and relationships I have developed with them has surpassed any expectations I could have had. You wont be disappointed should you choose to seek them for care.

Very disappointing. Minimal assessment followed by laser where I was left alone for 20 minutes. The therapist never touched my knee and spent maybe 2 minutes with me after the laser. Despite my complaint to the owner I doubt anything has changed as he finds “ it difficult to be on top of everything” . What a statement ! This is your company and if you are taking money from people ($700 in my case) you have to be more aware of what is going on.

***Updated*** - after discussing the issue with processing my claim We-Fix-U contacted me and helped to resolve it. If you plan to submit a benefit claim after your visit (i.e. not direct billing) make sure to let them know so that they can assign you to a professional that is registered with your insurance company. Based on their follow-up I would return to We-Fix-U in the future. Original post: Good service, however be aware that they are no longer approved by Sunlife so you cannot submit claims. I will not be going again

I have been a client since shortly after they opened. I followed Julie when she moved as she has been my therapist for quite a long time (years). The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The added bonus is they will do direct billing to my insurance provider removing that additional responsibility from me. Very pleased and highly recommend. In fact I referred my spouse to them (Julie) and she is as happy with the service as I am.

The perfect clinic for a variety of services. Chiropody, massage with either Michelle or Mary and physiotherapy (both manual and cold laser) with Julie and the PTA Michaela. I have been going to we fix you Peterborough off and on for the last year. I wasn’t sold on the idea that physiotherapy would be able to fix my ailments initially - I thought I was a lost cause and would just have to ‘suck it up’ and deal with the chronic pain. However, I can honestly say I have been extremely surprised at the outcome of my regular appointments here and my increased level of mobility and decrease level of pain. Julie really does fix you! I now eagerly await my appointments with her because I know I am going to immediately feel relief. I was in to see her yesterday for shoulder pain and after only one treatment I already felt improvement in my mobility and significant decrease in pain. Julie is professional, responsive and extremely knowledgable in what she does. The entire team there at we fix you are approachable, helpful and a pleasure to work with to meet your health needs. I would not recommend going there. . Staff were friendly enough. However.the physiotherapy was not at all as good as other places I have been.. one day I went in and one leg was hurting from the hip down and I left with both legs hurating from hip down.. I had to suggest the next visit which was my last that I receive acupunture which again was very inferior to what I have had from other practitioners.
