I was sent here by the hospital when I was hit by a car in October, and I have zero regrets to this day coming here for my recovery process. The girls at the front desk are always kind and welcoming even on the phone so I'm never anxious when I come in or when I need to call. My physiotherapist Kyle is very easy to talk to and is always understanding when I try to articulate how I'm feeling each session, I've always have left more at ease. The staff in the gym are always super kind , making sure the exercises are as comfortable as possible as well as letting you take your time when needed. They have taken precautions with the current pandemic very , very well, everyone wears a mask, keeps their distance ,sanitizes their hands as well as equipment immediately after each use. It's also nice because the staff is a smaller group of people so you get to meet everyone very quickly and wont have to worry coming into contact with so many people a session. I would without a doubt reccomend this place to others!

I have worked with them all. all show compassion and caring As for Massage I have had massages from three of them. They are Debbie Nicole and Kattie they all show caring and compassion the front staff are vary helpful and make you feel welcome. And I have met the owners who have taken the time to come out and talk with you and are willing to help you and in any way they can. I have had a fantastic time with each and every appointment at Oshawa Physiotherapy with their supportive team of staff after a running injury. All of the phenomenal exercises and stretching I had learned really helped me strengthen muscles and ligaments that rehabilitated me to slowly start running short distances again. Also having the electrical stimulation at the end of each appointment was very relaxing and much needed. Special thank you goes out to Erica and Mike for their supportive help.

The staff are very nice and very helpful. Dr hawass is absolutely fantastic. This is the start to my recovery from pain in my life. Any one who suffers from chronic pain knows it's hard for ppl to realize how much pain your actually in, Dr hawass has real life experience in this area and a realistic approach in dealing with this and is compassionate to each person. I feel he wants to see success in each person he treats as do the staff. I am thankful to be under his care.

I started at Oshawa Physio about a month ago. I am having a great experience with everyone! All the gals at the front desk are amazing and take care of my scheduling super well! John is an amazing Chiropractor and gets me cracking!! Jody, my kins, is awesome and pushes me a little bit further every time I see her so I can progress after my accident! I have had Peter, the massage therapist, for about 8months and he is FANTASTIC!!!! He is the only massage therapist to be able to get under my shoulder blade!! I have had Kyle, also a chiropractor, and he is super as well!!! THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF ME EVERYONE!! I'm on the mend!!!

OPARC is one of the best clinics around "hands down". The staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are amazing at working with you to get to the root of the problem through treatment and an exercise program geared to your needs. I have been using their services for over 2 years now while waiting for my bilateral knee replacements and continuing after each surgery. Nice center, Kind staff. I have dealt mainly with Bendu and Zakir Hussain (Zak) for mine and my son's injury therapy and Both did phenomenal with us ! Bendu's presses on my neck's strains were sooooooooo good and on the exact points that she has relieved me from the pain within few sessions as I previously was unable to turn my neck to the left for a month before I come to this center. Zak did therapy for my son's broken elbow, After removing the cast, my son's elbow was bended in 130 degrees out of 180 .. unable to extend it more neither out or in !!! Going to this center, Zak was so considerate, gentle and patient with my son. I was seeing my son's elbow extends like 7-10 degrees each therapy visit ! Zak's therapy for my son was like miracle each time he worked on him, the results were showing directly !!!! Amazing !!!!! Thanks so much for those Great Therapist ! Joslin Qubti & Rawhy Massis

My Doctor recommended that I’d get orthotics plus physiotherapy. so I chose this location because it is closest to me. Unfortunately I wasn’t as lucky as the other people. I had to wait 15-20 mins to be attended meanwhile I’d see some of the members chit chatting walking around and acting as if they were busy. I would understand if they really were busy but that wasn’t the case. I do have to say that the doctors and receptionists working there are very nice and friendly.

I have been using OPRC since March 29th, 2019 two to three times a week. Front to back this facility is amazing. Each and everytime I have been has always seen a high level of service, professionalism and care from each and every staff member. The front desk staff are all pleasant, polite, helpful and so caring. The physical therapists are all excellent and very knowledgeable. I've had great success with Bhindu who always compassionately cares for me and provides thorough and well thought out treatment plans. Bhindu has also made sure that I received access to required treatments and referals to other services and or specialists.The chiropractic department is also excellent. Dr. John DC has amazing technique and a high level of professionalism. Everyone in the massage department is also amazing with Peter being my personal favorite. Then there is the kinesiology department! They are ALL absolutely amazing. Not only the level of care that I personally get but the level of care I see given to other clients is of the highest level. From excercises to encouragement and support the kinesiology department is AMAZING. A special shoutout to Mike as my spine is a little like a jenga pile and he always figures out a way for me to improve and challenge myself safely and effectively. This is a full service center that looks after mind - body - spirt. All I can say is THANK YOU and you need to try OPRC for yourself!!

Dr Khimji and his staff were there for me when I really needed help. I was in an accident in February and a few weeks later my doctor of 35 years retired. Then covid hit. Everything closed. I had no one to get medical papers filled out. Not only did he personally do video appointments with me during the shut down but he helped to get me in contact with a doctor who could help with all my forms for LTD. since that time sanchita has been my in person physio and she is amazing. The physio assistants have all been so kind and caring. I have have had massages at other places but Katie is the best. Such a difference. I really owe them so much and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to anyone!

Erica, Sarah and Katie have become my heroes. Erica and Sarah push me and encourage me through exercises to gain my strength back while adjusting each one to fit what my body can handle. On good days and bad they know how to make me laugh when it's obvious I'm ready to give up. Because of these two girls I won't give up even if it requires animal yoga. Katie, is also a hero. Her massage technique is perfect and completely accurate. One knot in particular I never thought would come out has stopped bothering me after only two visits with her. Her treatment is precise, accurate and comfortable! My MVA may have screwed up my left side but these three girls are pushing me and supporting me to get back to the way I should be :)

I broke my fibula and needed surgery where they installed a plate and 8 screws. I started my Physio journey with Zack while I was still non weight bearing. The work he did on my foot helped me heal faster. He listened to what was going on and worked with me. I was nervous at first but he quickly eased my mind. Everyone in the gym were also so helpful and they didn’t make me do anything out of my comfort zone but they also pushed me which helped in my recovery. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with, including the girls in reception.

Thanks to my amazing Physio Therapist, Praveen I have a new lease on a great new life. I suffered a horrendous fall backwards from a School bus landing on my back. My head was sliced open and my right leg was badly damaged plus a couple cracked rips and a crushed tailbone as a result of the fall. To put it plainly I was a mess. Praveen has been working with me for several weeks and I'm now feeling tremendously better. I was not a willing nor a good person when we began the regime of exercises but his combination of a soft, kind voice and the patience of a Saint won me over. I have learned the reasoning behind all that he has me practicing. He is always happy to explain every new to me exercise. I'm certain that he is a great asset to your Clinic. The OPARC staff has been incredibly amazing working with me since my accident in July 2018. They're so kind and caring they make you feel welcome. Its a calming and encourageing atmosphere so you dont feel like your there to focus on your pain, but your there to become a stronger person. I love the set up of the gym and how you can get all of thr services you need (physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage) in one place.

OPARC has been so fantastic since my grandfathers car accident in October 2020. Since my first phone call every person I’ve spoken to has been pleasant. Special thanks to Kyle who has been doing my grandpa’s Physio treatment. He has come during a pandemic to his home to provide services and he and his Passover have been extremely grateful. All plans for treatment have been reasonable and continue to help with overall healing and treatment for my grandfather. Thank you everyone who has taken part in this process and who continues. It’s very hard on the elderly when they have been in car accidents. Your patients and understanding is appreciated.
