My family member went to emergency for a sudden, terrible, first time episode of virtigo and came back with a printed text on BPVV. Her GP had no clue and ENT specialist appointment was two months away. Found Zoe on google. She is extremely knowledgeable on vestibular condition and treatment. I had the opportunity to meet with Zoe this past summer. My issue consisted of recurrent symptoms associated with vestibular neuritis. After a detailed assessment, Zoe expertly confirmed the diagnosis and clearly explained the etiology of the disease. She outlined and treatment plan and in just six weeks, I noted an improvement of 90-95 percent in my symptoms. She gave me the tools to help prevent and lessen the severity of possible relapses. Zoes office and gym were very clean and well equip with a large variety of equipment. Felt very save during these covid times when I was concerned about leaving to go anywhere!
