Mariposa Physio & Rehab is the reason that I am back on two feet and enjoying my extra curricular activities again after a a trimalleolar ankle fracture back in January 2021. I had the pleasure of getting to see Dr. Tara for my treatments and her wealth of knowledge was impressive. Dr. Tara was kind, encouraging and not only aware of my physical discomfort but of my mental discomfort as well. She helped me to work through so many incredible exercises over an appropriate period of time which not only got me walking again but got me comfortably balanced and able to jump around, too! As an equestrian, it meant the world to me to get back to the farm and back on my horse… it was important to me to work with someone who was understanding that what I was going through was not only physical limitations but once those no longer existed it was my mental limitations. Dr. Tara helped me find confidence in my ankle again.which allowed me to progress further and begin to find my “new normal”, a term that for many meant finding their way in this new COVID-19 world but for me meant learning to walk again with a “new” ankle on top of that. I ended up doing so well that I had a chance to compete this summer and could not have done this without Dr. Tara! COVID-19 precautions were not only in place but they were followed meticulously by their staff who were nothing but professional, calm and happy to be there to help their patients regardless of the ongoing pandemic. Masks are required before entry and for the entire duration of your treatment, sanitizer is available in every room, hand washing is mandatory once your treatment is finished and you’re on your way out AND the staff always get the back door for you to ensure one way traffic and less hands touching things. Very impressive care was taken and they have a very clean facility. I will be back to see them once I am ready following my second surgery to remove all of the hardware and I am confident that they will help me get back in business a second time! Thank you for helping me to get my life back, Mariposa Team! I appreciate you more than words!

Very professional, thorough and thoughtful regarding her care and treatment plans. The atmosphere is pleasant and safe as they adhere to public health and safety guidelines.
